Lauren Fried, the widow of Jock Zonfrillo, has shared a heartbreaking photo of her late husband following his death at the age of 46.
On Monday, Lauren took to Instagram to upload a sweet photo of the MasterChef judge spending time with his adorable kids Alfie, six, and Isla, two.
In the photo, Zonfrillo can be seen sitting on a couch as little Alfie hugged his father from behind, with Isla sitting on his lap. A large teddy bear can also be seen in the photo.
“A year ago,” Lauren captioned the photo.
It comes as the MasterChef cast and crew paid a heartbreaking tribute to Jock on Sunday after winning Most Popular Reality Program at the Logies.

Celebrity chef Melissa Leong, 41, began the acceptance speech by thanking their audience for sticking with them during an extremely difficult year.
“Thank you so much to our incredible cast for constantly pouring out your heart and soul and showing us who you are every time on the board,” Melissa began.
“And thank you so much for the audience that has stuck with us through thick and thin, especially in the year we’ve had.”

MasterChef executive producer Marty Benson then took the microphone to make a heartfelt dedication to the late co-star Zonfrillo, who tragically passed away on April 30.
“Standing here tonight it’s still hard to believe that my mate and our wonderful judge Jock is gone. So, big man, this is 100 percent dedicated to you,” he said.
“Tonight we’re going to celebrate Jock style. Please, everyone, give it up for Jock!’ he added, as the audience applauded loudly.

Popular Judge Jock died in his hotel room at Zagame’s House on Lygon Street in Carlton, Melbourne.
He was found by police around 2am on Monday 1 May, the same day Channel Ten was set to premiere the fifteenth season of MasterChef Australia.
He is survived by his third wife Lauren, and his four children: adult daughters Ava and Sophia from his first two marriages and Alfie and Isla with Lauren.
