Mail Sport reached out to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.

It was alleged that Graham resisted arrest when police attempted to handcuff him, and he was eventually booked on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and of resisting, delaying and obstructing a police officer.

Graham rejoined the franchise in July – where he spent the first five years of his career.

And the veteran turned the years back against the Texans in the final week of the preseason when he caught three balls for 34 yards and a touchdown.

The Saints begin their season against the Titans on Sunday.
