An Australian flight attendant has revealed one of her grossest moments on the job, when a boy vomited on her so much she was then picking pineapple out of her bra.
Erika, who posts comic clips on TikTok about real-life cabin crew experiences, told Daily Mail Australia that the incident happened about eight years ago on a domestic flight.
He had to clear the air and then survive the rest of the flight, and the smell, before landing.
When Erika got home, she threw all her clothes away and was mortified to discover that a piece of pineapple had gotten stuck in her bra from the boy’s vomit.

Erika, who posts comic clips on TikTok about real-life cabin crew experiences, told Daily Mail Australia that the incident happened about eight years ago on a domestic flight.
‘It’s not all glamour, you know, we get spewed out, though I did feel sorry for the other ladies who [were also vomited on] but we couldn’t go home,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.
“But I love what I do and I enjoy the people I work with, I haven’t had a lot of bad experiences.”
The unforgettable incident occurred after she went to help a boy who was struggling to open the bathroom door, even though he was busy.
He’s going crazy over it. And standing right behind him, I’m like ‘hey dude, someone’s there, I’m sure it won’t be long,’ Erika said on her TikTok.
“And he turned around and he vomited right here, in my face, in my throat, and all over the front of my uniform… right down to my shoes.”
“I went straight home, got in the shower, turned it on, took my clothes off in the shower. When I got to my bra, I had pineapple…in my bra.
‘I’ll let you know, everything I was wearing that day went in the trash. I wasn’t even going to try to clean that or put it in my washing machine.
Erika said the nurses contacted her about her viral TikTok clip and told her “this is our life.”
“They are the real heroes,” he said.
Erika began posting behind-the-scenes clips of her work as a flight attendant to help put a smile on people’s faces.
“My whole goal is to support people’s mental health, everyone is suffering from mental health issues.”
