The 35-year-old mum, who gave birth to son Sky seven months ago, looked fantastic and also shared a photo of her sunburned bum while wearing a swimsuit.
She wrote that she had lost herself a bit, but took a moment for herself.
“I'm not afraid to admit that I've been a little lost on the self-love front lately for a variety of reasons,” she wrote.
Adding: 'This is a harsh reminder that I am still alive here and will burn if I don't put factor 50 on that ass.'

Jessie has now returned from her trip to a secret location, but clearly looked back on her trip after a wonderful week with her little family.

The star initially managed to keep the pregnancy a secret and announced she was expecting in January.
Jessie previously shared that becoming a mother is 'all I've ever wanted', and that her pregnancy comes 13 months after she suffered a devastating miscarriage in November 2021.
The singer explained the heartbreaking ordeal on social media at the time, explaining that doctors struggled to find a heartbeat for the baby during her third scan – before learning she had suffered a miscarriage.
