Jessie and Chanan, who have been together for over a year, welcomed their son Ben in May 2023.

It comes after Jessie shared a candid photo of her postpartum figure in an effort to help new moms get comfortable with their changing physiques.

A month after welcoming Sky, she spoke candidly about her journey of self-love and acceptance.

She took to Instagram and shared a black and white topless photo taken 11 days after giving birth while urging moms to “ignore the whispers of how some people say you should or shouldn’t look after a certain amount of time.”

She wrote, “I am writing this for myself and for anyone who needs to read this. Your body was a home for someone else to live in for 9 months.

“Your organs have moved and need to find their way back to where they were before. Your uterus is still slowly deflating. Your hormones fly and crash. Your body is working the hardest it has ever worked. You are exhausted, but you are magical.’

She continued, “You grew into a whole person. A person who does this to you and loves you beyond measure. Take your time. Be easy on yourself, your body AND your mind.

“Remember that you are recovering and don’t forget to remind those around you as well. Celebrate your new body. It MUST change. It will be bigger and smaller in different places.

‘IT’S BEAUTIFUL AND NATURAL. Ignore the whispers of what some people say you should or shouldn’t look like after a certain amount of time. It’s 2023. People need to chill.

“It’s your journey. Your time and YOUR body. It’s not the same as anyone else’s, and that’s what makes it special. You are unique.

This was my body 11 days postpartum and I still look pretty much the same 35 days later. I like my body. It has given me the most magical roommate inside and out of my body.

“And when it’s done and can change again, it will. Whatever that looks like. I’m here for it. You’re doing great mom. You the MVP.’
