And she talked about her fashion empire; she took control of the Jessica Simpson collection last year.
Simpson said it feels inspiring to check her business.
“It feels powerful, but in a very humble way because we’ve worked so hard to get this property and, after 18 years of having a collection, to actually own it and liquidate all my, my investments, put all my my confidence to get this one day just for myself and for my kids, it was a moment when i still sometimes don’t believe it’s real.”
She continued, “I still feel like I have someone to answer to. And then I’m like, “Okay, it’s just us 10 girls.” We have this, but everything grows. We’ve had our biggest quarter that we’ve had in about eight years now, so my mom and I knew we could do it, and we’re doing it and I just feel, you know, I feel very blessed. ‘
