Jessica Simpson is back in her Daisy Dukes as she shows off slimmed down figure to promote designs
Jessica Simpson rocked her famous Daisy Dukes while promoting her new spring/summer clothing campaign in images shared to her Instagram on Thursday.
Inspired by her 2005 remake of The Dukes of Hazzard, the 42-year-old singer clothing designer created her own version of her onscreen character’s signature pants.
The I Wanna Love You Forever hitmaker paired the petite jeans with a Western-style belt and an off-the-shoulder white top, and was pictured taking a call in an old-fashioned phone booth.
“If you were stranded in the middle of nowhere and you could only get one phone call, who would you call?” read the caption from the star, who was spotted wearing a daring ensemble while in New York earlier today.
“This spring/summer campaign from @jessicasimpsonstyle is filled with cinematic romance to inspire what’s possible,” she added.

Simpson’s locks were styled in delicate waves and she accessorized with some gold and turquoise jewelry.
The blonde bombshell added height to the look with a pair of open toe brown heels.
She rocked soft glamour, with pink lipstick and bronze eyeshadow.
Her 6.2 million fans were thrilled with the photos, with one writing: ‘Dukes of Hazzard!!’
Another humorously added, “I’m calling 1-800-JESSICA because all these messages give me the will to LIVE.”
Simpson is currently in New York City with husband Eric Johnson, 43, and has been spotted in a number of sizzling outfits that show off her toned frame.
The Texas-born star lost more than 100 pounds in 2019 — after welcoming her third child Birdie Mae — and has successfully kept the weight off for nearly four years.
But Simpson’s loved ones are said to be “extremely concerned” about her shrinking stature, according to a recent report from Radar Onlineand believe the drastic weight loss “doesn’t seem healthy.”

Insiders claimed that the star has lost even more weight in recent months.
“Her clothes hang down from her and her cheeks are sunken. She doesn’t even look like herself anymore. Jessica is round by nature. It doesn’t seem healthy for her to be that thin,” the source said.
In September, Simpson spoke about her 100-pound weight loss, which she achieved in 2019 after giving birth to her three children; Maxwell, Ace and Birdie.
Simpson revealed that during her pregnancy she weighed 260 pounds at 5-foot-4, which was “heavier than my husband who played in the NFL.”
The star revealed to Extras Terri Seymour that her menu really helped her lose weight.
“I went to a nutritionist and I had to get my eating habits in order,” she said. When asked if she feels “well,” the siren said, “I feel absolutely healthy.”
She added, “I don’t know. I feel like my old self before I had kids and all the hormones went wild.
“I actually feel younger. I have a lot more energy and yes I get to wear all the clothes I saved for Maxwell and Birdie. Maybe Birdie will outgrow them, because Maxwell has already outgrown me!’

Terri asked, “Why are people obsessed with your weight and the way you look?” Have you gotten used to it?’
“Oh God, no,” she said. “Would any woman want that?” And she added that sometimes the insults get to her.
Jessica said, “I’ve been criticized, and it hurts, but I’ve been every pound and I’ve been proud of that. I decided, “Okay, everyone is going to talk about my weight all the time. I might as well make money off it and turn it into a business of selling clothes and making it into acceptance.”
At the time, she also shared that she followed Harley Pasternak’s Body Reset Diet plan, which includes three meals a day to “keep the metabolism going,” as well as smoothies and snacks.
