The eye-catcher is under financial pressure after buying back her company Jessica Simpson Style in 2021.
The former actress had to do that because her company’s parent company, Sequential Brands Group Inc., filed for bankruptcy in August 2021.
The bombshell launched the company in 2005 after taking a step back from acting, singing and reality TV.
“It means the world to me to be able to take full ownership of my brand,” Jessica, 41, said in a Shoe news cover story.
‘After 16 years in business, I feel ready to approach this next exciting phase with open arms. I know the sky is the limit when my mom, our amazing team and I are fully connected to our customers.”
Tina – who serves as president of the company – added: “For all our hardworking, talented, amazing licensing partners, knowing Jessica is at the helm gives them strength and belief in the future.”

And the matriarch said that if Jessica regains control of her eponymous brand, they and their team and their licensing and retail partners can “build the legacy brand to carry on to her children and family.”
Jessica said the late shoe designer Vince Camuto was a mentor to her after he helped her launch 16 years ago.
“Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine being part of a true lifestyle collection brand that has been at the top for 16 years, but Vince has,” she told Footwear News. “After six months in the business, Vince knew.”
She involved her family in the fall campaign. The models are daughters Maxwell, nine, and Birdie, two, and husband Eric Johnson.

In a conversation with People about her new Jessica Simpson Collection collection, the fashion designer said she has to search her daughters’ closets every week to find her missing items.
“I have to do girls’ closet inventory every week to check for missing items,” she explained. “They even know my hiding places somehow.”
“Right now I’m considering having one closet for all three of us, ladies,” joked the Sweet Kisses singer — who was recently criticized by fans for letting her tween daughter dress too maturely for her age.
But the one thing Simpson admitted she doesn’t have in common with her kids is an organized closet.
“Maxwell and Birdie are WAY more organized than I will ever be in that department,” she added.
She also said her children sort their clothes season by season, while she likes to keep all her belongings in one place.

“I have a wardrobe, but that’s about it for how I manage my wardrobe seasonally,” she explained.
Revealing her one reason for this, she said it is because she likes to mix and match her pieces instead of dressing up depending on the weather.
“I’m the type to wear a slip dress with fishnets, boots and an oversized turtleneck or shorts with a tight, thigh-high boot, T-shirt and blazer,” she said.
As a self-described maximalist and “closet hoarder,” she said it works for her to have all her clothes where she can see them.
“I don’t like my purchases, past or present, out of sight or out of mind,” she said.
“I even go to my storage units and grab things that I know I want to get out of my head,” she continued. “I’m an organized chaos closet collector!”
Simpson also revealed her most beloved piece of clothing in her closet. She said the one item she can never live without is a pair of denim shorts.
“Even if my knees dip past my kneecaps, I will still wear Daisy Dukes with pride,” she said.
