Jessica Alves shows off her amazing curves in a busty bodysuit as she heads out to London

Jessica Alves dressed to impress in a daring black outfit as she stepped out in Soho, London on Wednesday night.

The 39-year-old TV personality put on a busty display in a lace bodysuit and cropped leather jacket.

She showed off her new XXL bun implants in a pair of skinny black jeans while posing for the cameras.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star cinched her waist in a chunky belt and carried her belongings in a coordinating large bag.

Jessica added inches to her body with a pair of chic boots and accessorized with statement big gold earrings.

She styled her poker long blonde tresses straight from a center parting as they cascaded down to her bottom.

The reality star applied a radiant makeup palette for her night out that included a smoky eye shadow, contoured cheeks, and a stick of pink lipstick.

The appearance comes after Jessica returned from Turkey last week and insisted she would not have any more elective surgeries in 2023 after her butt implants were “displaced”.

Jessica told MailOnline she feels “much better now” and is “able to walk” and do things normally after the surgery.

He had his implants changed from 625cc to 1050cc and had his nose done in a successful round of surgery five weeks ago in Istanbul, Turkey.

However, Jessica revealed that her butt implants ‘displaced’ after she got up too early while she was still recovering from surgery.

The TV star said: “The doctor’s guidelines were no sitting for long in the next 3 weeks, no sex for 4 weeks, no gymnastics for 3 months and no dancing for 8 weeks.”

‘Due to going to a Christmas party and dancing too much [1050 cc implant] moved out of place. Now my New Year’s Eve is also ruined because I’m spending it in bed in a hotel in Istanbul.’

Jessica previously said she would have to stay in bed for 30 days after surgery on her doctor’s orders, but experienced problems when she got up too early.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Jessica said she was in a lot of “pain” after her implants “displaced” but said her surgeon kindly booked her in to fix the implants.

But Jessica admitted that she was feeling “depressed” that she won’t be able to fly back to Brazil to be with her family for Christmas, as she will be undergoing surgery again.

“I am at home in London feeling very depressed and upset, also terribly lonely. I’m so lonely, I just can’t take it anymore.

Speaking about the surgery itself, Jessica said it was a “success” and had “excellent results”, but she ended up “displacing” her implants when she went out to a party in Milan during the healing process.

She explained: ‘Last weekend I was in Milan and I went to a party where I was dancing and wearing high heels. I felt fine at the time.

“I assumed that I was 100% cured, but the next day I couldn’t walk properly and in the shower I noticed a large volume in my butt.”

I flew back to London in pain and wondering how I would tell my family, who are now in Brazil waiting for me to arrive for Christmas, that I have a problem with my body and I can’t fly 12 hours to São Paulo.’

Jessica said her surgeon luckily agreed to see her over Christmas to sort out her ‘displaced’ butt implants, but expressed her discomfort at not being able to see her family.

“I spoke to my family in Brazil who are devastated and will spend Christmas without me,” he added.

Jessica had previously told MailOnline that she would be undergoing a second XXL butt implant surgery and said she hoped it would be her last operation.

Before the November surgery, she said, “My goal with this surgery is to look more feminine and curvy by swapping out my 625cc butt implants for 1025cc implants.

“This should be my last surgery for now until the day I need a full facelift again.”

‘After this surgery I will have to be in bed for 30 days and will not be able to sit on my butt to heal. The implants are placed under the muscles,’ she added.

Jessica has already spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on cosmetic surgery to change her appearance.

Despite previously saying that she would now only embark on “maintenance” surgeries, Jessica went under the knife again.

She also recently underwent gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey to help her lose weight after gaining pounds during lockdown due to hormone therapy.

Jessica revealed that she only has ’20 per cent’ of her stomach left after undergoing the surgery in June.

It comes after Instagram recently removed her page due to her naughty lingerie photos.

With 6.8 million followers on the social media platform, Jessica told MailOnline she managed to get the account back after being inactive for 12 hours.

She said: ‘It was very alarming when I suddenly got logged out of my page. It’s where I keep in touch with friends from all over the world and fans.

“I was devastated when I realized that Instagram removed my page for some tasteful images of me in lingerie.

‘Britney Spears, Madonna and the Playboy page post edgy images and videos that I love and find truly inspiring.

‘My Instagram page is mainly images taken for shoots I do for magazines or a fashion brand collaboration like Fashion Nova, where I’m a brand ambassador.

“As much as I have a large following, I try not to spend as much of my day on Instagram as it can be very time consuming.

“I have a very normal life, my weekly and daily routine consists of going to the gym every day, to the hairdresser twice a week, shopping, cleaning and cooking, and I only go out once a week to catch up with the friends”.

Jessica, the OnlyFans model, recently revealed that she has managed to earn over a million pounds through her provocative photos on the subscription site.
