Jessica opted for an extremely bold make-up with dark smokey eyes and a striking ruby ​​red lipstick to finish off.

Jessica told MailOnline: ‘Since January, after having to spend Christmas and New Years in hospital after having my stubby implants moved into my muscles, I developed anxiety and fear of being home alone.

‘I felt the need to go out in central London from Sunday to Sunday, which caused me to drink more alcohol and put on a few pounds, which made me look bloated.

“I wasn’t doing well, I was hot-tempered and couldn’t sleep well and I had to acknowledge that and do something about it.

Jessica explained, “I packed my bags and flew to São Paulo, Brazil, where my family lives and where I have a beautiful home. I then started intensive holistic treatments, including Reiki and Ayahasca native tea therapy.

“It helped me a lot and now I’m back in London feeling like a new woman, calmer and more energetic.

“I had a kind of depression after surgeries after surgeries, it felt like I was running a marathon that never ended, but today I can confirm that I’m done with plastic surgery.

Jessica admitted that she feels much happier with herself now: “I am a beautiful woman inside and out with few people around me and a wonderful family.

“I’m turning 40 soon and I’m going to celebrate in Las Vegas with good friends. I’m very excited.

“I’m strong now and feel good about going back to TV, starting now in Spanish ch5, then back to London and then mainland Europe.
