Jessica Alves looked glamorous as she hit a nightclub in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Saturday.

The TV personality, 40, put on a busty display in a plunging white midi dress with a daring thigh-high slit.

She increased her height with a pair of matching heels and accessorized with dazzling silver jewelry.

Jessica was joined by her sister Daniela, as well as some of their friends at the bar, where she received a kiss on the cheek.

Jessica has spent £1million on more than 100 operations over the past 21 years, but says she is now 'happy' and her 'body matches my soul'.

And the model has been posing up a storm lately as she enjoys some time away.

Earlier this week, she donned a deep green swimsuit with a flowing skirt that showed off her ample cleavage and long legs.

She also wore a silver thong swimsuit that hugged her curves and put her butt on full display.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Jessica said: 'After 21 years of undergoing plastic surgery, I can now officially say I'm done at the age of 40.

'I'm not perfect, but at least I'm happy and my body matches my soul. It has not been an easy journey for me. In addition to the amount of time I have put into it, I see it as an investment for a happy life in the future.'

She emphasized, “I am very judged and criticized by the public for my life choices, but what I would like people to understand is that plastic surgery has changed my life.

'Because I was born in the wrong body, I had two choices. One is to live and take the opportunities to adapt myself to a happy and prosperous future, or simply die because I could not live in a body that was not my own.

“That said, I'm getting older. I take good care of myself with a good diet, I also take vitamins every day, I also spend around 10,000 euros a month on aesthetic treatments to maintain my skin and stop the natural aging process.'

Jessica added that she wanted to speak out to raise awareness of the dangers of plastic surgery and that the negative health issues she had suffered had contributed to her decision to no longer go under the knife.

She admitted: 'I have always been very open about my plastic surgeries and any complications I have had after surgery.

“My goal has always been to educate people from my experiences. Undergoing elective surgeries is not healthy and if a person has anemia or health problems, it can lead to death.

'Four years ago I had liposuction and afterwards I became very ill with anemia. I thought I was going to die.

'During the operation I lost too much blood and had to have a blood transfusion. At that point I knew I couldn't operate further, but I took a risk.

'I'm alive, healthy and happy, but now my body can't cope anymore. I'm even afraid of needles and I have to stop, which I will do in the new year.

Jessica added, “My plans for next year are to be happy, find love, love and be loved.”
