Jesse Lingard has posted an update on his fitness as he continues to look for a new club.
The 30-year-old is currently a free agent and left Nottingham Forest in the summer after a disappointing season in which he failed to provide any goals or assists in 17 Premier League appearances.
Lingard previously spent 11 years at boyhood club Manchester United, including a stellar loan spell at West Ham during the second half of the 2020/21 season.
Despite training with the Hammers in the summer and then spending a month with Steven Gerrard's Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq, he is still without a club.
And on Thursday evening, the midfielder shared a training montage on Instagram in which he was put to the test and did various exercises.

Lingard was directed by what appeared to be a personal coach and looked in good form, before ending the video with the words: 'Working baby'.
He was thought to have a good chance of signing with Al-Ettifaq, especially as he only scored four minutes in the friendly against Al-Khaldiya in the first match he had played.
However, he ultimately left the club without a deal at the end of October.
Lingard was also linked with a move to MLS in the summer and spent time training at Inter Miami's base in July.
Mail Sport reported how in September Lingard's trial at West Ham cost the club thousands of pounds as they covered his living and travel costs while he trained with the squad.

As well as locking Lingard up in a hotel for a number of weeks, West Ham are also said to have arranged transport for him as he was banned from driving for six months earlier this summer after pleading guilty to failing to name the driver of the car his car when Last year he was caught speeding.
