Jess Wright has ruled out ever returning to The Only Way Is Essex because she ‘can’t even remember who’s on it anymore.’
Her words came after her brother Mark Wright’s ex-fiance, Lauren Goodger, made her big comeback on the long-running reality show that made them all household names.
The TV personality, 38, who shot to fame with the ITVBe series in 2010, admitted she no longer has time to watch as she has ‘a lot on’.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, mother-of-one Jess, who starred in 16 series of the show before leaving in 2016, said she is ‘surprised it is still going ahead’.
She said: ‘I’m probably not going to return just because my life is different now and you know, I’ve got the baby and there’s a lot to do.
‘It’s so great that it’s still going on. I can’t believe it’s like 30 seasons. I mean, that goes beyond that, isn’t it amazing?
Jess Wright has said she ‘don’t even know who’s on TOWIE anymore’ and would never return… after her brother’s ex Lauren Goodger makes her big comeback to the reality show
It comes days after her brother’s ex-fiance Lauren Goodger made her big comeback on the long-running reality show (pictured Lauren and Mark in 2011)
Series 33 of TOWIE returned to screens on March 24 and after the cast filmed in Bali, Lauren made her big return to the show after seven years.
Jess is now a busy mom to 22-month-old son Presley, so her priorities have changed
‘I mean, I haven’t even watched the last how many series, I don’t even have the time.
‘When you have a baby there are so many TV shows I want to catch up on and I never get around to it because the time you like to actually chill in the evening with your husband and do things you like catch up during the day And to be honest, we are in bed every night around 9pm, so sad.
‘But hey, that’s just mom and dad’s life. I don’t even know who exactly is on it.’
Series 33 of TOWIE returned to screens on March 24 and after the cast filmed in Bali, Lauren will make her big return to the show after seven years.
Jess and Lauren haven’t always seen eye to eye, as in 2012 Lauren accused Jess and her family of ruining her relationship with Mark.
Mark and Lauren split in 2012 after a tumultuous 11-year relationship. As of 2015, he is now happily married to actress Michelle Keegan.
Jess married husband William Lee-Kemp in a lavish ceremony in Mallorca in 2022 and has since welcomed a son, Presley, 22 months.
She further admitted that motherhood is a “rollercoaster,” but she’s finally finding parenting easier.

She said: ‘I’m probably not going to return just because my life is different now and you know, I’ve got the baby and there’s a lot to do. It’s so great that it’s still going on. I don’t even know who exactly is sitting on it’
The influencer told MailOnline: ‘Motherhood is going very well. It’s definitely a rollercoaster when you become a mother for the first time, it’s all something new that you’ve never done before.
‘It’s crazy and everything in between, but it’s going very well, Presley is a good age. He’s a really good age and I think if they understand you better and communicate better, it’s a lot easier.”
She continued, “We recently went to Dubai and of course on the flight you always get that kind of pre-flight anxiety of, oh god, how is he, is he going to take a nap, but actually we had a good trip, we got through it.
“My parents came and it’s always nice to have another pair of hands there and my parents adore him, just like they do their other grandchildren.
“It’s just fun to watch them create memories with us and watch him grow up. I think my mom and dad will probably be on every vacation we ever take, if they could.”
