Jerry Jones opens up on family car accident that sparked ‘explosion’ ahead of Cowboys-49ers game

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has shed new light on the car crash involving his family of Sunday’s match against the San Francisco 49ers.

Jones and his loved ones were traveling to Levi’s Stadium, where the Cowboys faced San Francisco, when one of their cars arrived hit by a rising barricade.

The 82-year-old’s children, Charlotte Jones Anderson and Jerry Jones Jr., as well as his grandson, Shy Anderson Jr., are believed to have been traveling in the vehicle.

Both Charlotte and Jerry Jr. were reportedly examined by the team’s medical staff, with Jones admitting Tuesday that his daughter “wasn’t feeling as well as she had hoped,” but that his son “feels better’.
