Just days after filming a funeral scene in Manhattan, Jeremy Strong returned to set for a much more intense scene for Succession season 4.
The 44-year-old actor was in Lower Manhattan on Thursday, filming an emotionally charged scene with his on-screen ex-wife, Natalie Gold.
While it’s unclear what was going on in the scene, the ex-couple are clearly pretty mad at each other, which isn’t terribly surprising given their history.

Strong was seen wearing a smart suit with a brown wool coat in the scene, where his character Kendall Roy clashed with his ex-wife Rava Roy.
Gold wore a blue and black plaid coat with blue jeans and black heels for the sidewalk scene.
While it’s unclear what was said, it’s clear their interaction was quite heated, with Gold even trying to block Strong from entering a silver vehicle.
Jeremy’s look: Strong was seen wearing a smart suit with a brown wool coat in the scene, where his character Kendall Roy was fighting with his ex-wife Rava Roy.
Natalie’s look: Gold wore a blue and black plaid coat with blue jeans and black heels for the sidewalk scene.
Strong is also seen approaching the window and trying to say something to whoever is inside.
Gold was seen grabbing Strong’s face and again getting between Strong and the vehicle as he tried to get inside.
Rava featured prominently in all 10 episodes of the first season of Succession, as her split from Kendall was still fairly recent when the show began.

Between: Gold was seen grabbing Strong’s face and again getting between Strong and the vehicle as he tries to get inside.
Kendall and Rava share two children, Iverson (Quentin Morales) and Sophie (Swayam Bhatia), and Kendall continually tried to reconcile with Rava, to no avail, in season 1.
While she didn’t appear in season 2, Rava returned in two episodes for season 3 and will apparently return in season 4 as well.
The show will pick up from the explosive Season 4 finale, in which children Roy, Kendall, Connor, Shiv (Sarah Snook) and Roman (Kieran Culkin), were left out of their father Logan’s Waystar Royco conglomerate.

The final shots of season 3 seemed to indicate Shiv realizing her husband betrayed her, though it’s unclear how that will play out in season 4.
