Jeremy Renner makes a rare sighting in LA leaning on Casey Affleck as he leaves Kate Beckinsale’s birthday party… months after the snowplow accident

Jeremy Renner made a rare out-of-town sighting in Los Angeles on Sunday evening.

The Hawkeye actor appeared to be in good spirits as he was spotted leaving Kate Beckinsale’s 50th birthday party at Limitless.

The 52-year-old actor – who has made a significant recovery since his snow plow accident in January – was joined by buddy Casey Affleck, 47.

The two stars were spotted walking side by side as they left Kate’s birthday party where they partied with stars like Demi Moore and Chelsea Lazkani.

Jeremy looked great in a stylish lavender jacket and light colored trousers.

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck’s younger brother kept it casual in a green Dublin Baseball Association T-shirt.

Pleasure! The stunning actress called in on her 50th birthday with an over-the-top soiree

Jeremy layered a light blue button-up shirt under his outer layer and completed his ensemble with light gray sneakers.

The father of a child looked handsome with a neatly trimmed goatee and short haircut.

He smiled broadly as he rode with Casey, who wore faded blue jeans and green and black Converse sneakers.

Affleck’s face was shaved, but a dark shadow of a mustache showed.

Kate took to Instagram on Sunday to share photos and reflect on her fun get-together.

Interacting with her 5.6 million followers, she wrote, “The most amazing birthday continues… what a celebration – full of love and glitter and the best of people. Thank you to everyone and especially to everyone.’

Other familiar faces at her party included singers Adam Lambert and Demi Lovato.

The actress showed off two different looks: a silver stone-encrusted bodysuit with a feathered NICOLE + FELICIA cape, as well as a red outfit.

Kate showed off her signature style as she rocked a big black bow in her hair and accentuated her bouncy ponytail.

She joined her partygoers on the dance floor in sky-high platform heels that elevated her petite body.

Kate – who turned 50 on Wednesday – has made the most of her birthday by organizing several events with her closest friends.

Last week she celebrated her milestone birthday with a fun night at a karaoke bar, where the model performed a rendition of Peggy Sue with her mother.

Documenting the moment, she told her Instagram followers, “I’ll tell you something. Getting old is great. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most magical day full of joy and love and dear dear friends and the strange bird (not me but also me).

“For those who missed the sound of yesterday’s birthday videos, voilà – for those who could have done without hearing my mom and I kill Peggy Sue, tough bananas.”

After the main event, Kate relaxed in loose-fitting pink sweatpants and a graphic tee, later layering over a fun cardigan with “f***” on the back.

On New Year’s Day, Renner was plowing snow in his neighborhood in Mount Rose, Nevada, when he stopped to help a family member whose car was stuck.

His giant 14,000-pound industrial vehicle ran him over, breaking more than 30 of his bones and giving him a collapsed lung.

“I lost a lot of flesh and bone during this experience,” he said in an April interview with ABC News. “But I’m refueled and filled with love and titanium.”

He said that while in critical condition, he wrote a suicide note to his family on his phone and wondered, “What does my body look like?” Am I just going to be a spine and a brain like a science experiment?”

Doctors rebuilt his rib cage with metal and used metal plates to reassemble his eye socket. He now has a titanium bar and screws in his leg.
