Jeremy Renner looks happy and healthy in the latest selfie…as he shares encouraging words of wisdom months after his near-fatal snowplow accident

Nearly eight months after she nearly died in a horrific snowplow accident, Jeremy Renner seems to be just as happy and healthy as he has been since the scary experience.

In a pair of new posts to his Instagram page on Friday, the actor once again sounds like a man who’s been given a new lease of life after his near-death experience.

“Find some quality time with quality people @sweetgrassvodka this weekend #happyfriday #sharedexperiences,” he shared in the caption of a selfie snap of himself.

In the first photo, the Kingstown mayor star is seen standing in the backyard of what appears to be his Lake Tahoe property, wearing a gray shirt and baseball cap.

More importantly, he has the look of a man who has made tremendous progress in his recovery and shows no signs of his recent health problems as he looks straight into the camera.

In another Instagram post on Friday, the Hollywood star showed his sweet side by posting an adorable photo of his dog.

“The Place… The company… Happy Friday to you,” he wrote just above the picture of his little pet.

Later in the day, the Modesto, California native shared another outlet he’s used for his mental and spiritual recovery: a photo of him behind a drum kit.

“Artistic expression is wonderfully healing,” he captioned the photo, which was taken during “studio time.”

Since he started sharing details about his recovery after suffering 30 broken bones, Renner has posted encouraging words of wisdom that reveal a man who is very grateful to be alive.

Just six days ago, the father of another shared an Instagram post urging people to spend time with loved ones, which is exactly what he’s been doing for the past few months.

‘I’m posting to wish you a great weekend… please find time to spend time with those you love and who love you back… it’s all that really matters anyway. #sharedexperiences,” he wrote in the caption of another selfie.

The only person Renner has spent the most time with since his accident is his 10-year-old daughter Ava.

He had been trying to pull his cousin’s vehicle out of the snow in his driveway when the horrific incident happened.

The actor was heard in agony on an emergency call after the accident, which led to his being airlifted to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, where he was initially admitted in “critical but stable condition.”

He ended up suffering nearly three dozen broken bones, not to mention the cuts, scrapes, and bruises.

Once he was stable and had some recovery days under his belt, the Hurt Locker star began sharing updates about his condition and rehabilitation via social media, including a Jan. 21 post showing him receiving physical therapy for his legs.

‘Morning workouts, New Year’s resolutions have all changed this New Year…. Born from a tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused on uniting useful love,” he wrote.

After working hard in the gym and PT in mid-April, Renner improved enough to walk hand-in-hand with Ava at the premiere of his Disney+ series miniseries Rennervations, describing how he helps charities rebuild decommissioned vehicles for new applications.

Not long after, Renner visited the staff at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada to personally thank them for saving his life.
