Jeremy Renner hits the gym and shares a ‘Happy Friday’ message with Instagram fans… eight months after his near-death snowplow accident

Jeremy Renner continues to make tremendous progress – both physically and spiritually – eight months after nearly losing his life in a horrific snowplow accident.

The 52-year-old Hollywood main man took to his Instagram page and offered a “Happy Friday” when he shared a photo of himself doing another rehab workout at a gym.

In the selfie photo, the Mayor of Kingstown star can be seen sitting on one of the many exercise machines at his disposal.

The image, which shows him looking happy and healthy, is just one of many that documents his recovery after suffering 30 broken bones when he was pulled under a snowplow outside his Lake Tahoe home on New Year’s Day.

After the near-death experience, Renner sounded like a revived man who is beyond thankful to be alive.

Renner shows no physical signs of the scary accident, but he is far from done with his rehabilitation.

For the last of his strenuous workouts, the Hurt Locker actor can be seen in a gray T-shirt and matching shorts.

You can also see him putting on one of his black-rimmed glasses, looking straight into the camera.

Just hours after ringing in the new year 2023, Renner’s chest was crushed and his upper body collapsed as he was pulled under a seven-ton snowplow.

He had been trying to pull his cousin’s car out of the snow in his driveway when the horrific incident happened.

Screaming in pain during the 911 call, emergency services rushed to his aid and took him in critical condition to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.

Renner ultimately suffered nearly three dozen broken bones, not to mention the cuts, scrapes and bruises that have all healed over the course of the past eight months.

Once he was stable and somewhat back to himself, the father of one child began sharing updates about his health and recovery on social media.

Acknowledgments: The nonprofit, which has been helping grant the wishes of children with serious illnesses between the ages of 2.5 and 18 since 1980, thanked Renner for his time and support

Humbled and thankful for his life and those who helped save him, Renner also began to share encouraging words of wisdom.

In one such case over the past few weeks, the Hawkeye star has been urging people to spend time with loved ones, which is exactly what he’s been doing throughout most of his recovery.

The only person Renner tries to spend as much time with as possible since his accident is his 10-year-old daughter Ava.

He has also found the time to give back to those in need.

On Thursday, the Oscar-nominated actor posted a few images from the Make-A-Wish event that took place later in the day. along with a message to all the people who help keep the nonprofit thriving.

“Thank you @makeawishamerica for the morning of inspiration…bravo to the super parents and kids who endure adversity to have the best and brightest day…every day,” he wrote in the caption of a photo of the room where the event was held.

The organization, which has been helping fulfill the wishes of children with serious illnesses between the ages of two and a half and eighteen since 1980, wasted little time in thanking Renner for his time and support.

“We are so grateful to have spent an amazing morning with you and our community in Northern Nevada helping make wishes come true. While a child makes a wish, YOU made the difference,” the post read.

“As the children we help go through many ups and downs during their critical diagnoses, a desire serves to bring joy not only to their lives, but also to their families, friends and the communities around them. THANK YOU for supporting our mission!’
