Jeremy Renner gave his 21.1 million Instagram followers a glimpse into his recovery process by sharing a video to his Story on Saturday.

In the clip, the 52-year-old artist was seen crawling across a rocky platform in an attempt to test his joints ‘against gravity’.

The Hawkeye star, who appeared to be in good spirits at a recent Los Angeles Lakers game, also wrote that he was “working through” the pain to aid his healing process.

Renner is still recovering from several injuries he suffered in an accident that occurred near Reno, Nevada, on New Year’s Day.

The artist suffered numerous broken bones and a collapsed lung during the incident, after which he spent a significant amount of time in intensive care.

Renner underwent surgery for his injuries after the accident, and although he was in critical condition, he was released from hospital care on January 17.

The actor has now shared several photos and videos of his recovery process on his Instagram account.

The artist recently spoke with CNN and told the media that he felt “very blessed and very fortunate to be able to stand up straight, walk around and be alive.”

Renner further stated that the accident made him reevaluate his priorities and structure his life in a more efficient way.

“My life is really meager, if that makes sense. There is no more fat in my life. “I don’t have time for that,” he said.

The Town star also opened up about the “gifts” he was given during his recovery process.

“When you’re tested physically, emotionally, spiritually, in every way, and then you have to get through it, it’s hard to explain,” he said.
