Jeremy Clarkson reveals he is stranded in Botswana alongside Richard Hammond and James May after flight delays – as he boasts about making do with 40 staff in luxury camp with pool

Jeremy Clarkson announced on social media on Tuesday that he was stranded in Botswana after a serious flight delay.

The TV presenter is currently ‘stranded’ in a luxury camp alongside his co-hosts Richard Hammond, 53, and James May, 60, as the trio completed filming for the next series of The Grand Tour.

Via Instagram, the 63-year-old star decided to document the delay with his followers, joking about their chances of survival and bragging about living in luxury with forty staff waiting for them hand and foot.

He broke the news with a photo of Hammond and May staring at their phones next to the remains of their dinner and half-full wine glasses, writing: “BA ruined our flight home so we’re stranded here in a luxury camp in Botswana. With only 40 employees. It’s all about survival now.’

Jeremy then posted regular updates as he chronicled the trio’s stay at the remote camp with a beautiful swimming pool.
