Jeremy Allen White and Molly Gordon reportedly had “intense chemistry” on set while filming their hit series The Bear, before embarking on their off-camera romance.
Although the pair only recently began exploring their own chemistry, they previously portrayed love interests on the second season of The Bear.
“There were rumors early on that they had intense chemistry even when they weren’t filming,” an insider told People. “But they only started seeing each other romantically a few weeks ago.”
The source noted that White, whose estranged wife Addison Timlin filed for divorce in May 2023 after nearly four years of marriage, “seems really in love with Molly.”
“She spends time at his house. They go on a lunch date and seem to have a great time. They are affectionate, often have deep conversations and seem curious to get to know each other better,” the insider revealed of the couple’s blossoming relationship.

Despite living on different coasts, Gordon, who lives in New York City, spends “a lot of time in LA,” where White lives, while he’s “not working because that’s where his two children Ezer, five, and Dolores, three , are based.
The source also described White as a loving father who is “very involved with his children” and “often takes them for activities.”
The actor and Gordon debuted a steamy kiss this week in Los Angeles, California.
The new couple wrapped their arms around each other as they said an emotional goodbye at the car – with the pair embracing before a chivalrous Allen White opened the door for her.
In The Bear, Gordon plays the childhood sweetheart of chef Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto. Season two shows them rekindling their romance.
They begin dating, but their romance ends abruptly when Carmy suffers a breakdown while locked in the walk-in prior to the opening of his restaurant.
After Claire hears his true feelings about their relationship from outside the door, she leaves Carmy and only appears in flashbacks in the third season.
White was last linked to Spanish singer-songwriter Rosalía following his divorce from Timlin.

They were first spotted together in October 2023 and just weeks ago in July 2024, they looked loved up as they left an event for his hit show The Bear.
For her part, Rosalía and ex-fiancée Rauw Alejandro ended their romance in July 2023, after a three-year relationship.
