Jeremy Allen White agreed to several terms in his custody agreement with his estranged wife Addison Timlin.
The Bear star, 32, opted out of daily alcohol tests to spend time with the two young children he shares with the actress, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Under the terms, Jeremy will be tested when daughters Ezer, four, and Dolores, two, are in his care, and should alcohol be detected in the actor’s system, a retest will take place 15 minutes later.
If the retest is positive, the actor’s custody rights to the children will be revoked until further action is decided.
The custody arrangement also includes Jeremy agreeing to no less than “two Alcoholics Anonymous (“AA”) meetings each week,” along with other therapy, according to the court documents.

As reported, the superstar couple split in May after more than three years of marriage.
Shortly after the breaking news was announced, Addison took to her Instagram to share a message about raising the kids as a single mom.
“Being a single mother is not how I imagined it,” she captioned a series of photos with Ezer and Dolores.
‘It’s so fucking hard. It’s all covered in s*** crying on the floor and kicking your screams in the shins with no sound coming out loud. That’s not the natural order of things.’
She added that single parenthood can be ‘exhausting’ and ‘lonely’, especially when ‘something magical happens and you have to tell yourself ‘don’t forget it’ because there is no witness by your side.
‘It hurts so much. Doing this alone gave me more strength and more empathy and more tears than anything else in my life ever.’
Despite the hardships of single parenthood, the former couple has made a good effort at co-parenting as they were recently spotted with the kids.
But the reunions do not seem to hint at a reconciliation.

The Hulu hunk reportedly dated model Ashley Moore — even spotted engaging in a passionate kiss after a dinner date.
However, Addison has yet to be linked to anyone new — at least publicly.
Before the split, Jeremy gushed over Addison while accepting a Golden Globe for his role in The Bear.
“Addison Timlin, I love you deep in my bones, thank you for everything you do, thank you for everything you’ve done,” he said.

‘I learn a lot from them. I feel in many ways that they are constantly teaching me how to be better: how to be better for them; how to be better for my wife, my friends, my parents and my sister.
“I think I’ve been ready to tame for a long time, and I’m so happy to be in the house with them all the time.”
