Jennifer Love Hewitt shares rare video with son Atticus, nine, on Christmas

Jennifer Love Hewitt gave fans a glimpse into her life as a mother in an adorable video with her son Atticus.

The 45-year-old actress – who recently clapped back at critics – uploaded to Instagram on Thursday a clip showing her attempt to distract her first-born child from his iPad.

She wrote in the caption, “When you want to bond with your kids but they’re looking at the iPad! Take what you can get!’

The youngster wore a blue collared shirt and a Baltimore Ravens hat as he snacked on pretzel sticks.

Hewitt, who shares her three children with her longtime husband Brian Hallisay, doesn’t normally show her children’s faces online.

In the outtake, she dramatically synced viral adlibs to the Golden Girls theme song as she lovingly invaded her son’s space.

Atticus smiled, but couldn’t contain his laughter as his mother put on a fun show.

In addition to Atticus, Jennifer and Brian are parents to Autumn, 11, and Aiden, three.

Hewitt recently opened up about her 11-year marriage to fellow actor Brian in an interview with People.

The actress and author usually keeps her personal and professional lives separate, but since they cross paths in her latest film, The Christmas Junkie, Hewitt shared a few tidbits about their romance in an article with People.

She said she is proud that they have stayed together through thick and thin and three children.

And the Bare Naked singer joked that her marriage of more than a decade is “like 190 years in Hollywood.”

The couple tied the knot on November 21, 2013, days before their first child was born.

They first met in 2011 on the set of Love Bites, but didn’t strike up a romance until working on The Client List in 2012.

“I thought he was the most beautiful man I had ever seen in my life,” the 9-1-1 star recalled to the outlet.

Although it was love at first sight for Hewitt, she thinks it took her now husband, 46, more time.

“I don’t know if for him it was instant,” she admitted, “but for me it was instant,” she noted

The I Know What You Did Last Summer star said she was attracted to Hallisay not only because of his good looks, but also because “he was nice, and he was good, and good with his family and he was smart.” ‘
