Jennifer Lopez tried to shake off her recent divorce filing from Ben Affleck by sipping cocktails with her girlfriends to ring in Labor Day weekend.
To kick off Labor Day weekend, the 55-year-old actress shared a video of herself sipping drinks and playing pickleball on Instagram on Friday, calling it “the ultimate combo for a long weekend” in her caption.
Her video showed her promoting her brand Delola and pouring drinks for friends at the $68 million wedding home she and her estranged husband, 52, put up for sale in early July.
Her day of relaxation with friends comes about a week and a half after she filed for divorce from Affleck. After numerous dates, rumors swirled that he was dating Kick Kennedy, the daughter of RFK Jr., but he denies ever knowing her.
Ignoring the drama surrounding their split, she posted the same clip to her Instagram Story, adding a sticker of a smiling sun and a note that read, “Hello, long weekend.”

The singer wore white sneakers for their relaxing and recreational day.
She kept her brown curls out of her face with loose pigtails and wore a radiant makeup look with lots of pink blush for a sun-kissed look.
To spice up her sporty look, she wore large brown sunglasses and wore gold hoop earrings and a matching chain bracelet.
Her Instagram post comes nearly a week after she broke her silence in the days following her divorce filing.
Instead of sharing new content, Lopez posted a selfie she took earlier in 2020 that was shared by a fan account.
Just days earlier, on August 20, she had filed for divorce from Affleck, which happened to be the anniversary of their second wedding in Georgia.

According to legal documents, their official separation date was in April, indicating that they had been separated for weeks before she filed for divorce.
Lopez’s post also comes after it was revealed that she no longer feels “comfortable” in the Beverly Hills home she once shared with Affleck and their children.

Following the rumors of a romance, Lopez is said to be “very upset and disappointed” with her ex.
“It really hit her hard,” an insider told People. “She’s very upset and disappointed in Ben.”
The reports come after speculation that Affleck was in a relationship with Kennedy, after they were seen ‘together’ in recent weeks.
The Oscar winner and Kennedy previously had a brief fling before he and JLo rekindled their romance in 2021.
