Jennifer Lopez was spotted leaving her $25 million penthouse in Manhattan on Tuesday morning after celebrating Easter in Brooklyn with husband Ben Affleck.

She was accompanied by her assistant who held an umbrella over the singer’s head as they headed to a nearby SUV.

Jennifer, 54, looked glamorous in a brown fur coat as she braved the rainy weather in New York.

Underneath her coat, Jennifer wore a cropped gray turtleneck top, which exposed her toned midriff.

She completed the outfit with figure-hugging black yoga pants and white sneakers.

Her honey-colored hair was styled in a bun and she wore large sunglasses from Dsquared2.

The mother of two appeared to be wearing light makeup during her morning outing.

Days earlier, Jennifer was spotted celebrating Easter Sunday with her new husband Ben at Cecconi’s restaurant in Brooklyn, New York.

Jennifer – born and raised in The Bronx – and the 51-year-old Boston native live in Los Angeles, but appear to be house hunting in New York.

They were spotted viewing houses with their real estate agent on Saturday.

Last June, the couple bought a $60 million mansion in posh Beverly Hills a year after tying the knot.

In September, Jennifer put her Manhattan penthouse on the market for $25 million after taking it off the market in 2021.

She originally purchased the luxurious 10,000-square-foot abode in 2014 for just over $20 million and has tried to vacate it several times since 2017, according to ADVERTISEMENT.

Jennifer and Ben landed in New York last Sunday with her 16-year-old child Emme, who uses their pronouns.

However, due to poor ticket sales, Jennifer has reportedly canceled August 20-31 dates of her North American tour. Variety.

While you’re talking to Entertainment tonight in February, she revealed to the outlet that she felt “fulfilled” with the album and hinted that it could also potentially be her last.

“We try to do things that are really special for the fans and collectibles and things like that that they can have forever and ever,” she said of the LP.

“The truth is, I don’t even know if I’ll ever make another album after this,” the artist then admitted.

“It’s such a quintessential Jennifer Lopez J.Lo project and I feel really accomplished, so at some point they will become real collector’s items.”
