Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck PUBLICLY list their Beverly Hills marital home for whopping $68M after actor moved out… as divorce rumors reach fever pitch

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have further fueled rumors of an impending divorce after it was reported Thursday that their Beverly Hills home has been put on the market.

The couple bought the property last year for $60.85 million after spending two years house hunting in Los Angeles’ most expensive neighborhoods.

Amid speculation of a rift, Jennifer and Ben quietly attempted to sell the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion for $65 million in June.

But it appears they haven’t found a buyer and have now listed the property publicly on the MLS system for a whopping $68 million, reports TMZ.

The new listing notes that the 35,000-square-foot property has been renovated in the past four months, which could explain the $3 million price increase.

The renovations and improvements to the home were reportedly completed in the past four months.

TMZ also noted that California’s mansion tax, an additional transfer tax levied on sales of homes worth more than $5 million, could also be a factor in the price.

Homes selling for $10 million or more will be subject to an additional 5.5% sales tax.

Bennifer’s listing is being managed by Santiago Arana of The Agency, the real estate agency of reality star Mauricio Umansky.

The home is now listed on Zillow for a reported $68 million.

Jennifer and Ben have reportedly been living apart for “months” amid rumors that they are getting a divorce.

Ben, who still wears his wedding ring, lives in a $100,000-a-month rental home near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 52.

He was reportedly spotted in late June moving his belongings out of the Beverly Hills home he once shared with Lopez, according to PEOPLE.

“Ben is still living in the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months,” a source told the outlet at the time.

“He seems fine. He’s in the office every day and seems focused on his work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”

Neither Jen nor Ben wanted to keep their marital home, for different reasons: she thought it was too big and he thought it was too far from his children.

A source previously stated PEOPLE: ‘Ben never liked the house. It’s too far away from his children.’

The Gone Girl star is responsible for his three children Samuel (12), Fin (15) and Violet (18) with his ex-wife Garner, who lives in Pacific Palisades.

Meanwhile, Lopez, who lives with 16-year-old twins Emme and Max from a previous marriage to Marc Anthony, finds the 12-bedroom house “way too big for her.”

DailyMail.com previously reported that photos of the lavish interior of the couple’s marital home had recently surfaced on real estate agency websites. According to JLo’s spokesperson, the photos are not new. The photos were removed after the property was sold to the couple last year.

DailyMail.com found that these photos were uploaded to the real estate website Zillow.com on June 1 and 5, when the house was still listed as “sold.”

A description of the property was also uploaded, describing the Wallingford Estate, on which the property sits, as an exclusive 15-acre headland. The property includes not only the main house, but also an adjacent additional home that offers 10,000 square feet of guest accommodation, along with a caretaker’s house.

There are garages for 15 cars and parking for 80 cars and an outdoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, gym, boxing ring and bar, as well as a swimming pool with a temperature of 150 degrees.

Jennifer and Ben bought the mansion and paid for it in cash after a two-year search for their dream home. It was a fairytale ending to their decades-long love story.

But the couple have been living apart for several months, after tying the knot on August 21, 2022, at Ben’s Georgia estate.

The Atlas actress was in Europe with friends and then the Hamptons, while Ben was at the office in Los Angeles.

Their children, who used to spend a lot of time together, have also separated.

Now DailyMail.com has learned that the five children have been working hard behind the scenes to get Jennifer and Ben ‘back together’, according to a source.

“The kids think Jennifer and Ben are very much in love, like soulmates, and they don’t want the two to get divorced,” the insider said.

“They want them to work it out, for better or for worse, as their vows said. And they feel the two should continue counseling and talk about it, even if it’s painful.

“They feel that if they say and do the right things, there can be more peace.”

The children want Ben and Jennifer to get back together before her 55th birthday, which is July 24, the insider said.

“There is hope that they can all celebrate together for a nice family get-together in Los Angeles,” the source added.

What exactly do they do to help the movie stars find peace again? ‘They emphasize the positive qualities that they all have.’

And the insider said there was a general feeling that Ben could lighten up a bit.

“He’s an excitable guy, he can be grumpy, that’s true, he’s not the type to walk around happily, even though he’s very intelligent and funny. The kids are trying to get him to relax and let things go,” the insider added.

Turns out Lopez has her flaws too: ‘She needs to work less and relax more.

The twins’ father, Marc Anthony, has always said, Jenny needs to relax and enjoy life. He’s been telling her that for years.

“Now Max and Emme are doing the same,” the source added.

The children have another reason: they like each other and want to remain a family.

“The kids get along really well, especially Emme and Fin. They’re best friends and talk every day,” the insider said.

“They say to Ben and Jenny, don’t give up, don’t lose this.”

Since Samuel graduated from high school in June, the entire family has not been in the same room.

The source added that there was supposed to be a divorce announcement on July 4th weekend, but it never came, which is why they’re both still wearing their wedding rings.

“There could be a delay or plans to permanently split could be called off. No one really knows for sure right now, not even her closest friends,” said one friend.

“Everyone was waiting for the shocking news, they hired a lawyer and were ready to split, but it never happened,” the source said.

As for Ben’s ex-wife Garner, she is open to whatever is best for the children.

“She’s a super mom and always puts the kids first. If the kids want Ben and Jennifer to get back together, she’s all for it,” another source said.

In the meantime, We weekly claimed on Wednesday that there is a “glimmer of hope” that Ben and Jennifer could get back together.

“Jennifer suggested they just take their time and figure it out,” the source said.

It was also added that Bennifer 2.0 “still has not made a decision” on the split.

“They’re going through so much, individually and as a couple,” another source told Us. “It may take some time for them to see if this complicated moment can resolve itself and they can get back together.” [as] better people.’
