A U-Haul truck was spotted Thursday outside the sprawling Beverly Hills wedding home of divorcing couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, where Affleck reportedly feels “no longer comfortable.”
She and Ben bought the house for the whole [blended] “family,” an insider said People on wednesday.
“It’s way too big for her and it’s filled with too many memories.”
The Bronx-born pop diva has been house hunting since May, with no luck, while her 52-year-old estranged fourth husband closed escrow on July 24, her 55th birthday, at her $20.5 million, five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Brentwood.
The couple formerly known as ‘Bennifer’ – who legally separated on April 26 – originally paid $60.85M in May 2023 for the double-gated, 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom Crestview Manor estate, which sits on a five-acre spit of land.

There was also a strange red pickup truck full of cardboard boxes parked in front of the recently renovated home, which spans 4,300 square feet under roof and 3,500 square feet under air conditioning.
Lopez and Affleck — who reportedly have a $20 million mortgage — hired real estate agent Santiago Arana of The Agency in May to quietly take the home off the market ahead of its listing on the stock exchange. MLS for a staggering $68 million on July 11.
There are no buyers yet for “The Crown Jewel of Wallingford,” which features a beautiful zero-edge pool, a 12-car garage, basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge and a bar.
In addition to the lavish main residence, the property features a 4,600-square-foot guest apartment, a caretaker’s house and a two-bedroom guard’s house.
On August 20, the two-time Grammy nominee filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court, on the second anniversary of their wedding at his $8.9 million, 87-acre estate in Georgia’s Hampton Island Preserve.
Jennifer and Ben reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement. Everything they earned during the marriage is therefore joint property.
Lopez and Affleck first met on the set of Martin Brest’s 2001 flop Gigli in LA. They abruptly broke up three days before their 2004 wedding, and began secretly texting again in February 2021, two months before Affleck ended her engagement to Alex Rodriguez.
