Jennifer Lopez, 53, reveals the secret to her ageless ‘glow’

Jennifer Lopez has shared one of her biggest secrets for looking so young at 53 years old.

On Thursday, the actress – who goes on to appear in Shotgun Wedding with Josh Duhamel – shared on her Instagram page that one of the most important things she does is to stay hydrated.

That means the health nut, who rarely drinks alcohol, consumes at least eight glasses of water a day. And she also relies on BodyArmour Sports Drink, which she has become a spokesperson for.

And she also said that “hydration” was key to her youthful appearance, as the star is able to maintain her appearance, sometimes even half her age, even though she is over 50.

This comes after she said in August that her JLo Beauty butt-firming cream promises a beautiful derriere using “guarana seed extract and potent pink pepper slim.”

Guarana seed extract comes from a climbing vine of the Sapindaceae family, native to the Amazon basin and especially common in Brazil.
