Jennifer Lopez, 53, poses topless in her underwear

Jennifer Lopez shared a new image on her JLo Beauty Instagram page on Thursday.

The 53-year-old performer was wearing nothing but white underwear as she lay on her stomach with her highlighted hair down her bare back.

The Bronx native — who revealed the name of her alter ego this week — looked toned and her skin had a slight glow.

But the caption wasn’t about her incredible body. Rather, it was focused on being good to yourself.

It’s #NationalStressAwarenessMonth and we want to remind you how important it is to take time for self-care. Every + every day dedicated time to you helps with your mental health and overall well-being,” the note said.

Health first: But the caption wasn’t about her incredible body. Rather, it was focused on being good to yourself. “It’s #NationalStressAwarenessMonth and we want to remind you how important it is to take time for self-care,” she said

The five ways Lopez stays stress-free were listed.

She is careful with her skin care routine, she exercises a lot, spends time with loved ones, eats healthy and spends time on creative activities.

The caption then asked, “How do you practice taking care of yourself?” We want to know.’

Followers replied that they sleep, meditate and eat enough.

This comes after the Shotgun Wedding actress spoke out UsWeekly last month about how moving her body helps her maintain a positive mental attitude.

The crooner promoted BodyArmor Lite for the new Choose More campaign in which she stars.

“It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life,” said Ben Affleck’s wife and mother of twins Max and Emme, 15.

“I think there’s a positive link between exercise and mental health,” shared the artist whose next album, This Is Me… Now – a follow-up to 2003’s This Is Me… Then – will be released this summer.

She also needs to train for her career: “I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated,” she explained last month. ‘I’m not afraid to challenge myself’

Hot look: Lopez exercises every day not only to look great on a red carpet, but also to feel good about herself, she told UsWeekly in March; seen in 2022

She’s onto something.

According to MentalHealth.org, “Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional well-being, and fewer mental illnesses.

‘Exercise seems to reduce the risk of developing mental illness.

“It also seems to help treat some mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety.”

Lopez then added to UsWeekly writer Meredith Nardino, “If you find a good balance through determination and focus, of course we strive to be the best version of ourselves.”

Lopez claimed she gets moving first thing in the morning — which is often before 5 a.m. when it’s still dark — no matter what her “busy schedule” has in store.

“I try to make good choices and balance my time,” she added.

And she mixes up her training moves.

The reward: she uses her tight body to connect lingerie, left for Intimissimi, and shoes, right for Revolve

She works out every day at 5am: Lopez has said she likes to get some exercise before starting her hectic day

“I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated,” she explained.

“I’m not afraid to challenge myself, so I’m open to pushing myself, which is what I’m doing now as I rehearse for my new album. [This Is Me… Now]comes out this summer.’

She also likes the product.

“We share similar values when it comes to determination, hard work and passion to challenge ourselves to go harder and get better every day,” Lopez told the site.

“BODYARMOR LYTE is a product that has worked for me. I love it because it has no added sugar and it’s low in calories.

“It’s made with coconut water and contains electrolytes packed with potassium and antioxidants – which aids in keeping me hydrated, but also helps me replenish after an intense workout, performance, or full day on the road.”

She did kickboxing, circuit training, core work, lunges and burpees.

“She shows up no matter what, she takes the time seriously, she knows her body, she wants to be herself,” said her trainer Tracy Anderson.

“She knows it’s part of working hard to get her training.”

When her career first took off, she paid less attention to stress.

“There was a time in my life when I slept three to five hours a night. I would be on set all day and in the studio all night and making junkets and filming videos on weekends. I was in my late twenties and I thought I was invincible,” she wrote in On the JLo in July 2022.

“Until one day I was in a caravan and all the work and stress it brought along with not getting enough sleep to mentally recover caught up with me.”

Then she felt ‘frozen’.

‘I thought I was going crazy. … Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I had never heard the term then.”

After consulting a doctor, the New York native said she “realized how serious the consequences can be if I ignore what my body and mind need to be healthy — and that’s where my journey to wellness began.”
