But it seemed like no one heard the megastar banging on the door marked TA.
When it turned out that no one came to let The Mother actress in, the Bronx resident patiently leaned back against the corner of the outside and waited.
Oscar winner Ben Affleck’s powerhouse wife was hard to miss, as she wore a very bright outfit while holding her gold-adorned bottle with straw and cell phone.

The Jenny From The Block singer wore a neon yellow tan top that showed off her sculpted arms and tiny waist.
But the real draw was her leggings with a bright green and yellow snakeskin print.
Lopez added gold aviator sunglasses to cover her makeup-free face. As for her hair, she pulled it up in a casual, no-nonsense bun that she often does before her workouts.
This comes after the Shotgun Wedding actress spoke out UsWeekly about how moving her body helps her maintain a positive mental attitude.
The Hustlers babe promoted BodyArmor Lite for the Choose More campaign in which she stars.
“It’s no secret that fitness is a really important part of my life,” said the mother of twins Max and Emme.
“I think there’s a positive link between exercise and mental health,” shared the artist whose album This Is Me… Now – a follow-up to 2003’s This Is Me… Then – debuts this summer.

She’s onto something.
According to MentalHealth.org, “Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional well-being, and fewer mental illnesses.
‘Exercise seems to reduce the risk of developing mental illness.
“It also seems to help treat some mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety.”
Lopez then added to UsWeekly writer Meredith Nardino, “If you find a good balance through determination and focus, of course we strive to be the best version of ourselves.”
Lopez claimed she gets moving first thing in the morning — which is often before 5 a.m. when it’s still dark — no matter what her “busy schedule” has in store.
“I try to make good choices and balance my time,” she added.
And she mixes up her training moves.

“I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated,” she explained.
“I’m not afraid to challenge myself, so I’m open to pushing myself, which is what I’m doing now as I rehearse for my new album. [This Is Me… Now]comes out this summer.’
She did kickboxing, circuit training, core work, lunges and burpees.
“She shows up no matter what, she takes the time seriously, she knows her body, she wants to be herself,” said her trainer Tracy Anderson.
“She knows it’s part of working hard to get her training.”
When her career first took off, she paid less attention to stress.
“There was a time in my life when I slept three to five hours a night. I would be on set all day and in the studio all night and making junkets and filming videos on weekends. I was in my late twenties and I thought I was invincible,” she wrote in On the JLo in July 2022.
“Until one day I was in a caravan and all the work and stress it brought along with not getting enough sleep to mentally recover caught up with me.”
Then she felt ‘frozen’.
‘I thought I was going crazy. … Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I had never heard the term then.”
After consulting a doctor, the New York native said she “realized how serious the consequences can be if I ignore what my body and mind need to be healthy — and that’s where my journey to wellness began.”
