The revival of the sitcom Party Down for a highly anticipated season three was nearly 13 years in the making.
And now, more than three months after the show’s triumphant return, many of the stars were on hand for STARZ’s Party Down season three FYC Screening Event at the Hollywood Athletic Club in Tinseltown.
Newcomer to the cast, Jennifer Garner51, showed off her radiant smile and perky personality as she posed for a round of photos on the red carpet.
The event also brought out fellow newcomers Tyrel Jackson Williams and Zoe Chao, along with original stars Jane Lynch, Ken Marin, Martin Starr and Ryan Hansen.
While main cast members Adam Scott and Megan Mullally returned for the six-episode revival, they were able to make it through the special FYC screening, seemingly due to previous commitments.
Summer Style: Jennifer Garner, 51, exuded summer coolness in an all-white ensemble for STARZ’s Party Down season three FYC Screening Event at Hollywood Athletic Club in Los Angeles on Saturday
Garner was the picture of summer style decked out in an all-white ensemble that consisted of fitted trousers with a fitted top underneath a matching blazer.
The old leading lady wore a black pump and a black belt, which contrasted with the outfit.
To complete her overall look, the Golden Globe winner wore her dark brown locks long, straight and wavy just past her shoulders in a blunt cut and center parting.
While Garner is known to many fans for big screen movie roles such as Catch Me If You Can (2002), Daredevil (2003), Juno (2007), Dallas Buyers Club (2013) and Peppermint (2018), she also has a string of roles on television, some of which were big hits.
Her small screen resume includes the screen Time Of Your Life (1999-2000), Alias (2001-2006), Camping (2018) and now Party Down.
The sitcom, which follows a group of Los Angeles caterers as they strive to make it in Hollywood, originally premiered on Starz in the US on March 20, 2009.
While the show received good reviews from critics, it did not translate into high ratings, which is why the show was canceled after its second season, which last aired in June 2010.
It is believed that the departures of stars Adam Scott, to Parks and Recreation, and Jane Lynch, to Glee, played a role in the decision to end the series.
