Jennifer Garner keeps it sporty for casual stroll with her son Samuel and their dog in Los Angeles
Jennifer Garner was spotted enjoying some one-on-one time with her son Samuel, the youngest of the three children she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.
The actress, 52, and Samuel, 12, went for a casual walk around their Brentwood neighborhood in Los Angeles on Saturday, as their pet stayed close to the Hollywood leading lady.
The Houston, Texas native, who spent most of her childhood in West Virginia, kept it sporty in the fashion department, wearing black leggings and a sweatshirt, as well as pink running sneakers and cool sunglasses.
To complete her relaxed look earlier in the day, the Catch Me If You Can star kept her brown locks styled long and straight with a center parting as she held onto her dog’s leash during the walk.
Much of the time, Sam walked close to his mother’s right as they tried to keep a steady pace through suburban streets lined with lush plantations.

Samuel wore plaid drawstring pants, consisting of different colors of red, white, black and blue, with a red Nike t-shirt and white sneakers.
Missing from the outing were Garner’s other two children, whom she and Affleck co-parent: Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15, following their divorce in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage.
Their divorce took a while, but was finally finalized after more than three years in October 2018.
As a farm owner, Garner also took to her Instagram page to celebrate National Farmer’s Day with a series of photos and videos taken at her family’s farm in Locust, Oklahoma.
‘Farmers are the heart of our country, happy #NationalFarmersDay! Love from your biggest fan, Farmer Jen,” she wrote in the caption.
The first clip starts off sweetly with soft acoustic music in the background as Garner rides a toy tractor pulling a small trailer with a chicken inside.
Looking like a farmer in blue jeans, the Once Upon A Farm co-founder looked relaxed and happy as he drove through the green grass when the chicken suddenly started flapping its wings hard enough to land on her head .
Stunned and surprised by the unplanned takeoff and landing, Garner quickly jumped out of her tractor seat and shouted, “Ahhhh. I don’t like this,” as the animal flapped its wings excitedly.

She placed her head towards the ground to get the chicken off her head and hair.
“I don’t have much love for chickens,” said the farm owner and self-proclaimed animal lover, quickly running her hands through her long locks and stamping out any remnants of the bird and its feathers.
To make the brief moment even longer, she started coughing and going into a mock hyperventilation attack at an exaggerated pace.
National Farmers Day offers well-deserved praise to the hardworking farmers across the country.
In the middle of the harvest season, this day pays tribute to the men, women and families who put food in supermarkets and on our tables every day.
Garner is originally from Houston, Texas, but her family moved to Charleston, West Virginia when she was three years old.
The family also spent time on her grandparents’ farm in Locust, Oklahoma, which they initially purchased in 1936.
The property was passed down from generation to generation within her family until Garner decided to take it over and partially farm the land to grow fruits and vegetables for her Once Upon A Farm business, which she serves as Chief Brand Officer.
Garner also celebrated National Farmer’s Day by posting a series of clips, starting with a chilling situation that started innocently enough with Farmer John riding around on a toy tractor pulling a chicken into a cart.

Garner’s farm is the inspiration for some of the company’s recipes, which sells baby food, as well as organic snacks and other meals for children.
She mainly grows pumpkins in the field, which she has posted several times on social media. She also grows blueberries, field peas, rye and native wildflowers, according to The Oklahoman.
While there, Garner enjoys spending time on the farm, planting seeds, riding tractors and harvesting pumpkins.
The farm consists of a two-room house, a modern house, cows, native wildflowers and honey bees.
