Jennifer Garner looked fresh in a white blouse and floral A-line skirt as she dropped by Good morning America on Friday.
The 51-year-old actress and businesswoman, who traveled to New York for the interview, enthusiastically talked about the latest products from her food company Once Upon a Farm, which she launched six years ago.
“We try to be an ally for moms,” said the star, noting that the ingredients she uses are fresh and low in sugar.
Garner was joined by hosts Michael Strahan, Lara Spencer and George Stephanopoulos.
The mother of three, who shares Violet, 17, Seraphina, 13, and Sam, 11, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, 51, was busy promoting the company’s new snack bars.

She draped a gray coat over her shoulders as she stepped out into the chilly New York morning temperatures.
Her shoulder-length brown hair was parted to the side and hung in loose layers.
The Last Thing He Told Me star’s makeup looked natural with a neutral-toned lip and she wore a blue sapphire pendant.
The entrepreneur was keen to talk about the new treats, which are suitable for children of all ages.
“We finally have bars, which has been a goal of ours for a long time,” the Party Down actress said as production assistant delivered a basket of the new snacks to the hosts, along with a basket of smoothies.
The Alias star explained that it took a while to bring the new items to market “because we do everything with increased nutrition, we couldn’t offer bars until we could offer it without (added) sugar, non-GMO, organic , from whole foods .”
The bars, which you’ll find in the refrigerator section ‘for texture’, are made from whole grain oats and organic fruit.
Jennifer said most snack bars are “glorified candy bars,” but “you can feel good about this.”

The company has also created new smoothies for older children, made from organic fruits and vegetables.
Jennifer seemed to speak from experience when she said it was easy for parents to “get back in the car on the way to soccer, ballet.”
‘My eldest in high school takes a few Once Upon a Farms in her lunch every day, because it contains no (added) sugar. It’s even energy, she claimed, followed by a kiss from a chef.
She clarified that the company would still continue to make its popular products for babies.
The Yes Day star credited her mother’s influence with her passion for healthy eating.
“My mother was such a farm girl, so we were always at farmers markets, we always had a huge garden, and she always taught us the closer to the earth, the closer to the sun, the more you’re going to love It.”
However, Jennifer could be a picky eater at times.
Picky Eater: Although she loves and promotes fresh food now, Jennifer said she was a picky eater as a child. “When I was a kid, I used to say, ‘I hate green beans,’ but when they grew out of the ground and I was sitting there, I would pick them and eat them as fast as I could,” she said.
Family farm: Jennifer has often shared videos from her uncle’s farm in Oklahoma, a supplier for Once Upon a Farm. “I’ll be harvesting pumpkins there soon,” Farmer Jen said
“When I was a kid, I used to say, ‘I hate green beans,’ but when they grew out of the ground and I was sitting there, I would pick them and eat them as fast as I could, like I told you. I hated them,” she explained, smiling.
Jennifer’s Uncle Robert is one of the suppliers for Once Upon a Farm and often goes to his farm in Oklahoma to check on the progress of the crops.
“I’ll be harvesting pumpkins there soon,” Farmer Jen said.
And while farming may be in her genes, it seems cooking is not.
The influencer often sets off the fire alarm while preparing a dish during her popular Pretend Cooking Show on social media.
Natural: Jennifer shared snack bars with the hosts that were made from organic fruit and oats. She also brought smoothies made from organic fruits and vegetables. “My oldest in high school takes some Once Upon a Farms to her lunch every day,” she said

“My kids say, ‘You know mom cooked it when there’s a little bit of charcoal in it,’” she explained.
