Jennifer Coolidge has said the Bend And Snap move from 2001’s Legally Blonde does not work. 

The 60-year-old shared with Deadline that the gimmick ‘is a moment in moviemaking I would just totally disagree with.’

The White Lotus star added, ‘I’ve never had bending over work for me like it did in that movie. I think that the bend and snap is misleading. But I’d have to say when I did do the bend and snap, I was wearing my underwear and I feel like in real life you have to leave it off.’

However, there is a line from Legally Blonde 2 that makes the fans go wild. 

‘It’s so weird because there’s something about the Fourth of July line from Legally Blonde 2. I get so many DMs and texts and people leaving things in my mailbox.’

‘And if I’m out on that day, people just go nuts. I don’t know, it’s probably that line Paulette said, where she goes, “You look like the Forth of July. That makes me want a hot dog real bad.” I hear that the most.’ 

This comes after she told  Variety that she made some major scores after starring as the sultry mother of a high schooler in the 1999 comedy American Pie.

It was about four teen boys who want to lose their virginity on prom night. 

‘I got a lot of play at being a MILF, and I got a lot of sexual action from American Pie,’ she revealed.

‘There were so many benefits to doing that movie. I mean, there would be like 200 people that I would have never had slept with.’

When it comes to one of her other iconic roles as nail technician in 2001’s Legally Blonde, the blonde bombshell admits the bend and snap didn’t work as well. 

In the meantime, the comic actress is celebrating her first Emmy nomination as heiress Tanya McQuoid in the HBO dramady The White Lotus. 

Jennifer will reprise her role in season 2 which was recently filmed in Sicily. 

The new episodes will debut in October.
