Jennifer Connelly cut a chic figure as she arrived at the Drew Barrymore Show in New York on Friday.
The Oscar winner, 53, who is currently starring in the new series Dark Matter, revealed her toned frame in a black and white cold-shoulder dress paired with white block heel ankle boots.
Her locks were pulled into a sleek updo and she wore metallic eyeshadow, contour and berry shimmer.
The actress dressed up with simple glittering gold jewelry.
The star opened up about her start in acting this week, revealing it was initially her mother Eileen’s decision.

Talking on Late Night with Seth Meyers. she said: ‘I started working when I was so young – I started working when I was ten years old.
“And it wasn’t something I had pursued. I’ve never done a school play before. For example, I haven’t even watched movies.
‘It was my mother’s idea and I got to work. And at some point, when I got a little older, I thought, ‘Do I really want to do this? This is not what I chose for my life. “‘
“Well, here I am, so obviously I’ve chosen it again. But after some research and thought.”
Connelly rose to fame in 1986 at the age of 16 in the cult classic Labyrinth, alongside David Bowie. She played Sarah in the singer’s Jareth the Goblin King.
She added: “My son Stellan, he thinks I would have made a pretty good detective. I’m like, ‘I’m not sure if that’s a compliment. Is that really me? [a] hyper-vigilant mother who sees everything?”
She would later win Best Supporting Actress in 2002 for her role in A Beautiful Mind with Russell Crowe.

On Instagram, the Top Gun: Maverick actress shared a group selfie of her brood on a ski lift.
She wrote to her 1.3 million followers on the social media platform: “Greetings from beautiful Zermatt.”
