Jennifer Connelly showed off her toned legs in a chic ensemble as she stopped by The view Tuesday in New York.

The Labyrinth actress, 53 – who recently wowed at the premiere of Apple TV+ sci-fi series Dark Matter – was seen stepping out of a sleek SUV and gave a friendly wave to fans before appearing on the talk show.

The mother of three wore a pleated black leather miniskirt with a hem that stopped a few inches above her knees.

She also opted for a white blouse with a ruffled neckline and a black blazer jacket on top.

Connelly donned a pair of closed-toed Louis Vuitton heels, which added a luxurious flair to her overall look for her busy day.

The star – who is an ambassador for the French brand – easily carried a $3,850 black and silver wallet from Louis Vuitton in her right hand.

Her dark locks were parted to the side and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in light waves.

Jennifer completed her outfit with a pair of glittering silver earrings, a gold bracelet on her left wrist and a pair of statement rings.

Her makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her eyelashes and a light shadow around her eyes.

A warm blush was applied to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a glossy rosy pink shade was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.

Connelly was spotted fashionably at The View studios, pausing briefly to show off her ensemble before entering the building.

During her appearance on Tuesday’s episode, the beauty tackled a variety of topics, including her recent Apple TV+ series Dark Matter and the film Bad Behavior, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier last year.

“The movie is about a lot of things,” Jennifer told the hosts. ‘I can’t really categorize it. I felt like when I read the script I was so excited by it because it was unlike anything I’d ever read before.”

The premise goes like this: “A former child actress seeking enlightenment during a retreat led by a spiritual leader navigates the close but turbulent relationship with her daughter,” says one of the authors. IMDB summary.

“The movie is funny, and I think it is to varying degrees. I think the film is about intergenerational baggage and trauma.’

Connelly also discussed her sci-fi series for Apple TV+, Dark Matter, which premiered on the streaming site last month on May 8.

The show not only stars Jennifer, but also Joel Edgerton, Alice Braga, Dayo Okeniyi, Jimmi Simpson and also Oakes Fegley.

Regarding the show, she said, “It’s so many things. It’s a big adventure, big world building and all that stuff. But I like the marriage story at the center, maybe because I’ve been married for 21 years and that’s a journey.”

“At the center of that show you have this couple and a man who is thinking about paths not taken and choices he may have made and how they have affected his life.”

‘So, is he happy? Would he have liked to have done something else? And he navigates these very homely questions in the world of science fiction in a very special way. So I like the way those two things are brought together…’

While you’re talking to Screen Rant Last May, she opened up further about the show, saying, “I think it’s a portrait of a marriage…”

“And it explores this couple and this man, who has some doubts and regrets and insecurities about his work.”

“He’s sorting through these domestic issues in this really spectacular landscape of these alternate realities. I thought that was a really clever use of that kind of story, that kind of device, if you will, of an alternative reality show,” she added.

On The View, the Top Gun: Maverick star also reflected on her 2002 Oscar win for Best Supporting Actress for her role in A Beautiful Mind.

“For me, it floored me… It’s a blur. There was so much, you can’t quite comprehend it. All those people you’ve looked up to for so many years, so much talent, it’s so overwhelming.’

“My strongest memories are of my dad, because he came with me, and he was kind of my anchor,” she continued sweetly.

Jennifer is also a mom to three: son Kai, 26, who she shares with ex David Dugan, as well as son Stellan, 20, and daughter Agnes, 13 — whom she welcomed with husband Paul Bettany.

Late last month in May, the actress got the chance to celebrate her daughter’s birthday and shared a tribute on Instagram.

When it comes to raising teenagers, she told The View hosts that she had a “good experience,” adding, “They’re great people, all three of them.”
