The 54-year-old actress is now doing low-resistance training to maintain her age-defying physique and ‘future-proof’ her body.

She was recently announced in June as the face of Pvovle, a workout app and studio, which focuses on low-impact workouts.

Aniston started using Pvovle in 2021, which uses an inflatable P.ball, the P.band resistance band, hand weights and gliders during workouts.

After loving the program, she contacted the company for some personal training sessions, with Pvovle’s training director Dani Coleman admitting she was ‘extraordinary’.

Her favorite pieces of equipment include sliders and the P.band – a resistance band attached to a set of gloves that contracts the muscles in the arms, back and shoulders.

“I really like the sliders workout because it’s your upper body and your lower body; it can contain everything. “I’m in love with my P.band, something where I can just put my bag wherever I want,” the star shared Women’s health earlier.

‘It’s nice when you wait in the car for something. It’s great to be able to make just a few moves.”

EATING PATTERN

Jen starts her day with apple cider vinegar mixed in room temperature water and always makes sure to include fruits and vegetables in her diet.

She usually eats protein and vegetables for lunch, and the same for dinner.
