Jennifer Aniston’s new photos for her collaboration with Pvolve were released on Friday.
Fans went wild on Instagram with a comparison for the 55 year old siren, who appears to be in excellent condition.
Many said the images reminded them of Jane Fonda from the 1980s, but instead of wearing bright colors, Aniston was in the jetback.
One follower even called the Friends veteran “Jennifer Fonda.”
Fonda, 86, became the top workout guru of the 1980s when she encouraged women to exercise in their living rooms through videos on their then-new VCRs.

Fans went wild with the comparison for the 55-year-old siren, who appears to be in great shape
Aniston showed off her very toned arms as she modeled a plunging black bodysuit she looked like she had just gotten a fresh tan in Malibu.
The size 0 workout enthusiast also shared a behind-the-scenes video of her being filmed during a Pvolve workout.
At one point, the sweaty Friends star was cooled down with what appeared to be a huge, long-nosed fan that resembled the nozzle of a vacuum cleaner.
This comes after she revealed she is following the fad diet called the 16:8 diet which involves intermittent fasting.
Jennifer has said that she does Pvolve five days a week.
Her workout regimen is cardio-intensive, while she also takes 10- to 20-minute Pvolve classes.
Pvolve is a science-led training method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment, she says.
That’s how she remains a reported 117 pounds at 6-foot-4.
The Emmy winner spoke with In Style about how she’s been beating up her body for the past fifteen years to look Hollywood perfect, but it’s taken its toll.
While discussing her collaboration with the fitness brand Pvolve, she said now her way of thinking about health has changed.

This means that she no longer does exercises that are ‘too repetitive’ – such as sitting on a StairMaster for hours. “If you’re thinking, ‘I have to do 45 minutes of cardio or I’m not going to get a good workout,’ that’s scary,” she told the site. ‘I believed in it for so long. I’m just burned out and broke my body.’
Sometimes she just trained too hard. And a therapist had to point it out. “My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll covered in kinesio tape,” she said.
“It’s a silly mental image until you realize that the purpose of all that tape is ‘to show every injury I’ve had in the last fifteen years.’

How she cultivates the right workout vibe: “I much prefer training with friends,” she admitted.
‘Do your own training, meh. If you have good music going you can have fun, but I like to be led. It’s too easy for me to do things less correctly than I should.’
Turns out she jams to hip-hop during her sweat session.
‘I find it difficult to choose favorites. There are so many! “I’m really into Lizzo right now, obviously I love Rihanna and I love old fashioned ’90s hip-hop.”
The Hollywood it-girl started working with the program after hurting her back two years ago.
And she claims Pvolve helps her body ‘strengthen and repair’ through on-demand classes. ‘Now that we are entering our beautiful older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we need to be kinder to our bodies,” the Friends vet told People this week.
And she has told her friends to get on with it. “I like to find something that really works and then share it with my friends,” Aniston noted. “If I had known twenty years ago when I was breaking my body, we would have saved so much pain.”
Aniston joined Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman to talk about working together to promote the program. “I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good,” the actress added.

Last year, Jennifer said she loves a “cheat day” and will sip on a dirty martini cocktail if she feels like it.
The Emmy winner is committed to a healthy and holistic lifestyle and follows a high-protein, low-carb and low-sugar diet.
Aniston will reward herself with cheat days when she wants to indulge in her favorite foods and drinks.
This year Friends celebrates its 30th anniversary
Her favorite alcoholic drink is the martini mix, made with gin and vermouth and garnished with an olive or lemon twist.
A source said Our weekly magazine: ‘Jen’s meals are high in protein with a healthy amount of carbohydrates, and she also enjoys treats and cheat days.
“If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she’ll splurge. It’s no problem.’
When it comes to relaxing, The Morning Show star practices meditation and makes sure she gets plenty of fresh air with her dogs.
The source added, “She meditates and loves walking her dogs.”
It is said that Jen is not concerned about aging and has no interest in cosmetic procedures, but instead wants to focus on being “healthy and happy” as she continues to grow as a woman.
The insider said, “Jen is okay with getting older. For her, it’s about being as healthy and happy as possible.”
