The Friends star, 54, showed her support for the ‘Stand Up to Cancer’ charity when she donned their black tank top for the outing, which highlighted her sculpted arms.
Brad Pitt’s ex completed her look with form-fitting black gym leggings, a black baseball cap and a pair of aviator sunglasses.
She kept things casually cool by wearing flip flops on her feet and holding her phone and a bottle of water in her hand to stay hydrated after her workout.
Aniston’s fitness outing came a day after her ex-husband Justin Theroux, 52, was spotted sharing a passionate kiss with actress Nicole Brydon Bloom, 29.

The hunk wore a black t-shirt and jeans on his night out with Nicole, who put on a leggy show in a miniskirt paired with a black backless top.
The pair, who were first seen together in February, embraced and shared a passionate kiss in a doorway.
They were previously seen chatting at the dining room table and kissing and visiting Ray’s Bar, which Theroux co-owns with Succession star Nicholas Braun.
Nicole has appeared in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Affair, and played leading roles in the 2019 films 1BR and Here on Out
The actor was previously married to Aniston from 2015 to 2017 and the two have remained on good terms since their divorce.
Theroux and Jennifer met on the set of their movie Wanderlust and fell in love.
But their marriage was short-lived as they divorced in 2017 after being married for only two years.
