Jennifer Aniston reveals what she and Courteney Cox REALLY ate on the set of Friends
Jennifer Aniston has finally revealed what she actually ate on the set of the comedy series Friends during her ten years on the show.
The actress also gave insight into former co-star and close friend Courteney Cox’s favorite foods while chatting with Capital FM this week, describing her sandwiches and salads.
Last year, videos of a salad recipe began circulating on social media, with claims that it was the lunch Jennifer ate on set every day for a decade.
The salad took over the video streaming app TikTok as fans rushed to recreate it, with many tagging Jennifer to check it out.
But the actress officially “debunked” the rumors last June, adding this week that while she looks good, she “has no idea” where she came from.

When Capital FM presenter Sian Welby questioned Jennifer about the salad, the actress clarified that she used to eat a cobb salad while filming her friends.
She shared: ‘That’s not true, it’s not my salad. I don’t know where that came from. It looks good, but it’s not mine.
“The one I ate on the set of Friends was like iceberg lettuce, it was a cobb salad. i’m trying to remember [what was in it]pecorino, turkey bacon, chicken and chickpeas.’
The salad first went viral when a TikTok user and food blogger with the username ‘Lovelydelites’, whose real name is Hannah, shared the recipe, claiming that Jennifer ate it every day.
Not unlike, Hannah’s included red onion, cucumber, pistachios, fresh parsley, fresh mint, and a can of chickpeas.
Sian then asked Jennifer about her sandwich preferences, asking if she would like fries added to the filling.
‘Courteney Cox does that,’ Jennifer exclaimed. Explaining: ‘She [Courteney] he will make a sandwich and put mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, chicken pieces and fries on it. And then she rolls it all up.
“That’s when we used to eat bread, now we have lettuce,” the star joked.

When asked about the salad last year during a chat with Elle magazine, Jennifer explained: “I feel terrible that they literally took it down like crazy and by the way, it looks like a delicious salad, but that’s not the one I had.” Friends.’
She added: ”I would never have that many chickpeas in a salad, to be honest. It is not good for the digestive tract.
