Jennifer Aniston, 55, says she ‘loves’ her body but suffers from a disorder

Jennifer Aniston is in love with her body.

The 55-year-old actress explained that she has learned to embrace her body because it “does the best it can.”

She told me To tempt: ‘We must love our bodies. It does its best. It’s been with us since the day we started, so we can’t be too hard on it.

‘Of course we all get older, but how can we thrive as we get older? And that’s about giving your body the attention it deserves.’

The Friends star also admitted that her twenties were ‘a nightmare’, but she enjoyed her thirties when she started to feel rewarded by working out.

Jennifer added, “For me personally, I loved my 30s, but my 20s were nothing. I was a nightmare.’

And she admitted that she suffers from a condition that could paralyze her life.

“I didn’t understand sports until I was in my thirties and forties.”

As for her condition, it is bad insomnia.

Brad Pitt’s ex revealed she has a “really difficult relationship” with sleep and has had to cut herself off from receiving news at night.

Jennifer said: “I really want to love it, and I’m sure he wants to love me too, but we’ve had a hard time, especially the last ten, fifteen years.

“It’s just hard to shut the brain off, hard to tell the committee to stop talking.” I had to turn off the news.

‘I have had to give myself boundaries with information. You know what I mean?’

Aniston challenges herself to go to bed at 10pm on weekdays to improve her mental health by working on her sleep hygiene.

She revealed: ‘I did my best during the week to put myself in bed at 10pm, turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world crash in.

‘I tried to take on that challenge for myself. Some days you’re great and on point, and other days you’re just not.

“I’m a big believer in not being hard on yourself because the world is so mean and so aggressive and negative right now.

“Then why would we do it to ourselves?”

This comes after she revealed something unusual at her $21 million luxury complex in Bel Air, California.

And it’s something that only the very rich have.

She shared a clip on Insta Stories from her spacious bathroom as she promoted her LolaVie haircare brand in time for Christmas.

During the video, the cover girl showed off the bright white and light gray room.

Behind her was a beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass steam shower with recessed lighting, two pressure shower heads and a built-in seating area.

That kind of shower, which is completely sealed to keep the steam in, costs more than $25,000.

Another thing I noticed is that the Friends veteran had a nice rug on the floor. No bath mat, but a pricey Oriental rug.

Since joining Instagram in 2019, the beloved leading actress has been steadily showing her huge fanbase her incredible mansion.

Many times she has flashed the house in the back of her clips.

Jennifer purchased the 8,500-square-foot home in 2011; the mansion was designed by A. Quincy Jones and completed in 1965.

Her mid-century home features four bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms with a wine cellar, pool and guest house; it also has city and ocean views, situated on almost two hectares of land.

It previously had a hillside vineyard, but garden designer Marcello Villano and landscape architect Anne Attiger transformed its outdoor space into an oasis made up of terraces, Asian-inspired pocket gardens and interconnecting rooms, according to Architectural summary.

Jennifer told the magazine in its February 2018 issue that she would “want to be a designer” if she weren’t an actress because she loves “the process.”

Sandra Bullock’s friend said, “There’s something about picking up fabrics and finishes that nourishes my soul.”

The actress said that when she originally bought the house, architect Frederick Fisher did a renovation, but it was too minimal and cool for her taste, especially the huge red-painted door.

She felt connected to the house and worked with AD100 interior designer Stephen Shadley to help her transform the house into her home.

In addition to Stephen, she also enlisted the help of designers Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Jane Hallworth.

A prominent peek into Aniston’s lavish home came in 2020 when she revealed her pristine bathroom for her “morning after” photo after the SAG awards.

The image showed her SAG Award for Best Actress in a Drama Series and her vintage Dior dress hanging over her marble bathtub, along with her heels spread out on the floor.

The rectangular, minimalist bath is above ground, with a vintage-inspired tap and temperature controls.

The film star can fully open the floor-to-ceiling sliding door in front of her bath and look out over her serene courtyard.

She maintains her privacy with a tall wooden fence, creating her own private sanctuary.

The enormous backyard has an outdoor cabana with fireplace next to large lounge chairs; the enormous swimming pool has wooden panels around it.

Moving on to the bedroom, Jennifer has a large taupe rug under a low seat bed for a seventies style feel.

The star has large lamps behind her bed with bean bag style chairs.
