The ladies became close when they started filming Friends in 1994. Cox was already an established star at the time, but Aniston was a relative newcomer.

The day before, Courteney wished her daughter Coco a happy 19th birthday.

Cox posted some throwback snaps of her daughter along with a heartfelt message to celebrate her birthday.

Congratulations Cocolicious! I love you and your sweet, caring, sensitive, spicy, original, salty, witty, beautiful heart ♥️♥️♥️,” she shared.

Godmother Aniston hit the like button.

The Cougar Town star shares her daughter with ex-husband David Arquette, who she was married to from 1999 to 2013.

Happy 18th Birthday Coco! I’m so proud to be your mom,” Cox began in the caption of her Instagram post.

“You are brave, smart, profound, funny, unique and beautiful with the biggest heart. Can’t wait to see what’s next. I love you x,” Cox concluded.

Looks like her kid will be home from college for the summer.

Courteney teased on the Ellen last year that Coco goes to college, but not close to home.

“She’s going as far away from LA as possible. We are so close, but she just can’t wait to get out and live on her own. It’s sad,” Cox said.

She added that Coco “preps me so well for this” as she gears up to be an “empty nester.”

The actress is dating Johnny McDaid.

Last year, Courteney opened up about their relationship in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.

Cox and the Snow Patrol singer began dating in late 2013 and announced their engagement in June 2014.

The 46-year-old singer from Northern Ireland often joked that Cox “has no idea” what he’s saying.

“Well, my partner is American and she hasn’t understood a word I’ve said in eight years. She has no idea!’ he joked.

Headlines: The actress made headlines when her longtime partner Johnny McDaid, who she has been working with since 2013, spoke out about their relationship in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com

While he typically split his time between the US and UK, they were separated during the COVID-19 lockdown in several countries.

“We were separated, just like a lot of people were separated from their families and loved ones, but we were able to stay as connected as possible and we both dove into being creative,” McDaid said.

‘She made her show and a new product line, and I made Bad Habits with Ed [Sheeran]so we were able to stay really productive even though it was hard being apart – and it was hard, but we don’t have the hardest life in the world – we are so lucky,” he added.
