Jennifer Aniston, 54, shows off a VERY toned tummy as she talks new exercise program

Jennifer Aniston has a shockingly muscular belly.

On Tuesday, the 54-year-old TV and movie actress was seen flashing her belly in a bra top and leggings for new images to promote her partnership with Pvolve, an exercise program that combines functional movement with resistance-based equipment.

The Hollywood it girl started working with the program after hurting her back two years ago.

And she finds that Pvolve helps her body “strengthen and recover” through on-demand classes.

“Now that we are entering our beautiful older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we need to be kinder to our bodies,” the Friends vet told People this week.

“I like to find something that actually works and then share it with my girlfriends,” Aniston commented.

“If I had known 20 years ago when I was breaking my body, we could have saved so much pain.”

Aniston went to Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman about partnering to promote the program.

“I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good,” the actress added.

She likes that the program is different.

“Our minds used to think, We must hurt; no pain no gain. It must be an hour of training.

“You have to train three times a day. You can start gently with this,” she explained.

The star added: ‘It was so easy to use, you just start in little bits, little steps. And before you know it, you’ve done four 20-minute lessons because you just want to keep going.’

In the Curbs Cravings: Breakfast With A Twist column, the blonde beauty said, “During quarantine, I loved to cook.”

The Cake actress added: “When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I’ve found ways to make eggs in every possible way.’

The ex-wife of Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt then shared, “But I also do oatmeal with a whipped egg white.

“Do it right before the oatmeal finishes cooking — it gives extra protein and this fluffy texture that’s delicious.”

In an interview with Radio Times promoting her Apple TV+ show The Morning Show, Aniston revealed that intermittent fasting (IF) has changed her life.

She practices a version of IF, the 16:8 diet.

‘I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference by not eating solid food for 16 hours.’

As for sports, she said First For Women does the job but likes variety.

“Changing up my exercise routine is key,” she began. “I always try to surprise my muscles.”

She said she trains at Rise Nation, a fitness climbing cardio class on the stair runner.

“It’s such a great workout,” Courteney Cox and Sandra Bullock’s best friend said.

“And when my trainer Leyon, who I love more than life, handed me a skipping rope for the first time, I said, ‘You’re crazy,'” the 23-inch-waist star shared.

“I would dread doing it and I would jump instead of jumping the rope,” the Los Angeles native added.

“He kept saying, ‘No, get it right.’ It was so irritating,” said the daughter of soap opera actor John Aniston.

“But within six months, my jumping liquefied. Now I can just go and go and go.’

For her skin, she treats herself to a mini facial once a week.

And the siren said that one of the things she looks forward to most is meditation in a quiet, comfortable space.

“It’s my favorite moment,” said Justin Theroux’s ex-wife, with whom she has remained close friends.

“I wish we could freeze time in that magic hour, because there’s a lot involved, the appreciation of the day.”

Doing yoga, sitting still, and writing also help her focus on calmness.

And shockingly, she said that washing dishes is very relaxing for her as she likes to keep her kitchen tidy.

And Aniston has started organizing her mansion in Bel-Air, California, which she shares with three dogs, Clyde, Sophie and Lord Chesterfield.

Aniston last filmed Murder Mystery 2 with Adam Sandler in France and Hawaii.
