Jennifer Aniston has shared a glimpse into her post-workout routine as she donned compression shorts for a lymphatic drainage massage.

The actress, 54, took to Instagram last week to share a slew of summer photos, one of which provided insight into her wellness regimen.

The fitness fanatic, who recently put her body on display for a global advertising campaign A Strength That Sets You Free, opted for a Body Ballancer treatment.

The treatment helps increase circulation and gently but thoroughly relieves problem areas of the hips, thighs and buttocks by applying an inflatable compression garment that applies a gentle or firm massage.

At Jennifer’s gym, she lay flat on the floor with her arms and legs spread and seemed calm and relaxed throughout the process.

Last month she revealed how her collaboration with Pvolve has changed her approach to fitness.

After years of “breaking her body,” Jennifer said, “This program allows you to start soft and restore your body.”

She says it is an innovative method that she “instantly fell in love with.”

The star also shared: ‘So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite practices… and I am so grateful to the team and excited about what is to come.”

Through low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment, Pvolve users not only achieve aesthetic results, mobility and stability, but also feel more confident and energetic, she says.

In April 2022, the Morning Show actress shared First For Women magazine how she can look so youthful even though she works full-time on her acting career and runs companies like LolaVie Haircare.

The 6ft tall cover girl admitted that she keeps her diet in check by starting her day off with warm lemon water and she also takes climbing lessons on her stair climber. But the best part of her day is the time she sets aside to meditate, she said.

Elsewhere in her Instagram dump, she spotted The Murder Mystery star wearing a black bikini top and a large summer straw hat as she headed to the beach.

The Golden Globe Award winner wore a striped towel around her waist and shielded her eyes with dark sunglasses.

In other photos, she was seen spending time with her friends Jimmy Kimmel, 55, and Jason Bateman, 54, and their wives Molly McNearney, 45, and Amanda Anka, 54.

They were also joined by Will Speck, 53, who co-directed the 2010 film The Switch, starring Aniston and Bateman.

The group of five were seen walking down an outdoor path together, with Aniston looking chic in a black slip dress.

Meanwhile, Molly and Amanda stunned in white summer dresses.

Jennifer also enjoyed some quality time with her two pups, Lord Chesterfield and Clyde, and in one photo Lord Chesterfield was seen giving a sweet cuddle.
