Aniston explained in her latest interview with Today that she has been conscious about her health from a young age.
She focuses on clean eating, drinking water, prioritizing sleep, meditating, and exercising to make sure she feels her best.
Aniston admitted that she did “exhausting and painful” workouts because she believed that’s what she had to do to see results.
However, she dropped her “no pain, no gain” attitude in 2021 when a friend introduced her to Pvolve, an exercise program that combines functional movement with resistance-based equipment.
Two years later, she serves as an advisor to the company’s online platform.
The workouts range from five to more than 60 minutes, but she recommended starting slowly if you’re struggling to find motivation.
“Just do 10 to 20 minutes. You can do anything for 10 to 20 minutes,” she explained. “You start to enjoy it, that’s another thing.
“I really push myself, at least do that little bit. I will immediately feel incredible. You just immediately feel that endorphin and that energy.’
