Jennifer Aniston has opened up about how she stays in such good shape.

The star’s new interview with number 23 will be released on Wednesday CR fashion book was shared.

The 54-year-old Friends veteran spoke about how she would look fit and toned at 50, as she listed her top four rules she lives by.

“I drink a lot of water, exercise my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods and get as much sleep as possible,” the Cake actress said. ‘The latter is a challenge for me, but so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest.

‘Moreover, I try to be very aware of what I let into my head.’ That probably means less binge-watching of cable news.

“Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise,” she added.

The workouts are less stressful, Aniston added.

‘I’m motivated to train in a way I haven’t done in years.

‘I look forward to the challenging classes and feel stronger and more comfortable in my body when I do them. It’s different every time, I don’t think I’ve had the same lesson twice.’

Jen also talked about LolaVie.

And she called her hair icon.

‘I just love beautiful hair.

“But I mean, did I love Valerie Bertinelli on the cover of UsWeekly when she wore a red angora sweater and took it to the hair salon in the ’80s?

‘Mayyyyybe.’

‘So I had a doctor/actor (LOL) in my house who introduced me to the world of medicine and research.

‘During dinner we were watching medical programmes. Even micro-operations, not what you would normally want to look at while eating.”

That’s where interest ‘sparked’.

“I am forever grateful to the scientific and medical communities who are advancing our knowledge of the human body, our health and how we can continue to thrive as we age,” she added.

CR Fashion Book Issue 23 and CR Men Issue 17 will be available on newsstands from October 3.

Aniston’s CR Fashion Book shoot comes after Kim Kardashian’s buzzcut look for the issue.
