Jenna Jameson and wife Jessi Lawless SPLIT! TikToker files for annulment after just 11 months of marriage amid claims former adult film star began drinking again

Jenna Jameson and wife Jessi Lawless have split after just 11 months of marriage.

The former adult film star, 50, and Jessi, 41, tied the knot on May 23, 2023 after a whirlwind four-month romance – but Jessi revealed in a TikTok video this week that their romance was over, with Jenna reportedly drinking again as the cause.

Jameson has previously spoken openly about her struggles with addiction, mental illness and weight loss.

Jessi said: ‘This is a very difficult video for me to make. But here goes: There are a lot of rumors going around that Jenna and I are getting divorced and I’m making this video to confirm that.

‘I told her early in our relationship that I was drawing a hard line and that drinking had caused so many problems in her life that I would not tolerate that under any circumstances.

“And this is the first time she went to an event without me since we got married.

‘This is the first time she has been away from me. I kept her on the straight and narrow and she goes to Chicago and starts drinking.”

Jessi said she “confronted” Jenna about her drinking and claimed she “definitely tried to lie about it.”

Jessi then falsely told her wife that she had photos of her drinking champagne with Jameson and then ‘gave in with no remorse’ – Jessi claims.

Jessi said: “She told me straight out, ‘I’m not sorry. I’m not sorry.”

‘She just wanted to turn it around and blame me. I don’t know what it’s like, but maybe I shouldn’t have had such high expectations. But that’s it, I’ve filed for an annulment and it won’t take long for the filing to be finalized.

“I’m sure you’ll see this, Jenna. I love you with all my heart and I truly hope the best for you.”

After an apparent swipe at her ex, Jameson told DailyMail.com that she hopes “anyone struggling with addiction or trying to stay sober has access to an empathetic and loving support system.”

She said: ‘Research has shown that empathy and understanding are better responses to addiction than judgement, shaming and moralising.’ says Jenna.

She adds, “Expressing your unconditional love and support can be one of the kindest things you can do. Let them know that you are there for them: relapse or not, ten days sober or two hundred.

‘Unfortunately, tactics such as shaming, humiliating, shouting and ‘attack therapy’ were common in the past due to cultural beliefs surrounding addiction.

‘Currently, rehabilitation centers recognize that this approach would be malpractice and would have no place in the delicate treatment process.

“It is much more likely that clients will experience greater success when empathy is central to the client care process.”

In 2012, Jenna was sentenced to three years’ probation after pleading guilty to a drunken driving charge. She quit drinking in 2015.

In 2019, she wrote in an Instagram post, “Sobriety has taught me a lot about myself, my coping mechanisms that I was ignoring quickly bubbled to the surface after I got sober.

‘That scared me. Everything I knew was wrong. Everything I believed in hurt me and didn’t help me. Meetings and leaning on my sober friends… made things bearable the first year. I was surviving. Sober. It was shocking at first, but now it’s my new normal.”

“I think back to the way I used to run… run as far and as fast as I could, and I pray to God that I never feel that emptiness again.”

The couple said their I do’s at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas,

“I found the person I should have always been with,” Jenna told People at the time.

Jenna revealed that that chapel was also the same one her parents tied the knot in when they got married.

She walked down the aisle to Johnny Cash’s song Ring of Fire with Jessi’s dad – since Jenna’s dad passed away.

Jenna wore a white minidress with a veil and pink platforms, rocking dyed pink hair, and Jessi wore a black suit, according to the outlet.

They used a Johnny Cash impersonator instead of an Elvis Presley impersonator and rented a neon green Lamborghini for the day.

“I try to think in my mind why I ever dated men or married men, and it’s selfish and bad to say, but I think my driving force was children. And now that I’ve really found myself, I just accept everything I feel inside and don’t push everything aside,” she said.

Jenna and Jessi first met through TikTok.

Jenna, who has three children, had found Jessi’s TikTok page and started commenting on her posts because she had a crush on her.

“I thought, ‘Who is this Jenna Can’t Lose?’ [Jenna’s TikTok handle]. “It’s Jenna, damn Jameson. Oh my God,” Jessi recalled to the outlet.

“I had a crush on Jessi for a long time because she’s pretty big on TikTok and I love TikTok. I just scroll at night when I’m trying to calm down, and I just loved her perspective on things, I could relate to it,” Jenna explained.

He added, “So I just started commenting massively on her in an attempt to get her attention, and it seems to have worked.”

Jessi has over 1.5 million followers on TikTok; on her website she describes herself as a hairdresser, former platform artist for Oster Professional and entrepreneur.

However, Jessi had a girlfriend at the time and didn’t pursue Jenna because of her “moral compass.”

After Jessi’s relationship with her friend ended, she responded to Jenna’s comments.

They started dating in January 2023.

‘I knew I would get what I wanted. She was worth it. Bust, she offered a challenge and I’m very driven when it comes to challenges so I knew I just had to lie and wait. And she came around,” Jenna explained.

At first, Jessi thought Jenna just wanted to “have some casual hookups.”

“But I’m glad it went to a more serious level, and I’ve never felt more comfortable with anyone,” Jessi said.

She called Jenna the “strongest person” she has ever met, adding that she feels at home.

“The second I was in her presence there is something about this woman, there are no words to describe the energy she has, but the second I was in her presence I was like, ‘Oh, f**k. This woman was made for me. “Everything about her felt like home.” Jessie said.

In April 2023, Jessi proposed to Jenna in their bedroom.

“We were in bed and we were talking, and I had the ring, I had had the ring for a minute, and I reached into my nightstand and pulled it out and walked over to her side of the bed. “I got down on one knee and told her she was the most incredible woman I had ever met and that I couldn’t think of anything better than for her to be my wife,” Jessi told People.

Jenna updated her Instagram page to Jenna Jameson Lawless and added “Jessi’s Girl.”

Jenna has two sons Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette, 15, with ex-partner Tito Ortiz – who has full custody of the boys.

She also has daughter Batel Lu, seven, with ex-fiancée Lior Bitton. It is unknown when they broke up.

Jenna was married to Brad Armstrong from 1996 to 2001 and to Jay Grdina from 2003 to 2006.
