Jenna Dewan drapes blossoming baby bump in floral maternity dress while out with son Callum, four… amid legal battle with ex Channing Tatum over his Magic Mike earnings

The 43-year-old shares Callum with her longtime fiancé Steve Kazee, and also has a 10-year-old daughter named Everly by her ex-husband Channing Tatum.
Tatum and Dewan have recently been in the news due to a legal battle over his earnings from the Magic Mike film franchise.
But legal matters seemed far from her mind when Dewan was spotted with little Callum on Friday.
As she crossed the parking lot, she kept a close eye on her son, placing a hand on his shoulder as he walked beside her.

Jenna is about to become a mother of three: she is expecting her second child with Steve and also has daughter Everly with her ex Tatum.
Her latest sighting comes after Tatum sent his lawyers to court last month to fight Dewan’s demands for a bigger share of the profits from his “billion dollar” Magic Mike movies and live shows.
Dewan asked the court to “split” the former couple’s dispute over revenue from the sexy male stripper franchise, half of which she claims since the character was created while they were still married.
If her request were granted, it would mean that their dispute over Magic Mike’s millions would be decided at a trial on its own, while other outstanding issues such as child support and spousal support would be addressed in a separate trial.
Tatum strongly opposed the split, accusing Dewan of “delaying tactics to prolong the resolution of our financial settlement… and seeking a windfall from me.”
But last month, Dewan’s attorney, Samantha Spector, responded at LA Superior Court — where neither star showed up: “We’re not procrastinating at all.”
‘My client wants this to continue. We just want to try it in some order, dealing with the Magic Mike issue first.
“Magic Mike’s intellectual property was created during the marriage and everything resulting from it is community property.”
Tatum’s attorney, Kristina Royce-Grotzinger, admitted to Judge David Wasserman on Wednesday that “there is no doubt that Magic Mike’s intellectual property was created during the marriage.”
Tatum (center) starred in and co-financed the film, which became a critical hit and box office hit, grossing approximately $167 million worldwide.
But she added that it was crucial to take into account “all the work Tatum put into Magic Mike after he and Dewan split.”
Judge Wasserman decided on May 15 not to rule on the division of the Magic Mike matter.
Instead, he scheduled a settlement conference for Oct. 3 to give the two time to resolve their differences.
If there is still no agreement, they will move on to a pre-trial conference on November 15, where the judge will decide on the division request or show the judge who will preside over the trial to rule.
Dewan claims in court documents that she is entitled to half of the intellectual property rights to Magic Mike and accuses Tatum of “engaging in a variety of tactics designed to… prevent their equal distribution.”
Dewan has claimed that she is entitled to half of Tatum’s earnings from the Magic Mike film franchise because they were still married when he starred in the film.
Dewan is now engaged to actor and singer Steve Kazee and is expecting his second child next month
Her ex secretly conspired with others to hide his Magic Mike earnings from her, she claims, and after they broke up he “unilaterally” transferred some of those intellectual property rights to a separate company ‘without her knowledge or consent.’
But Tatum denies her allegations, saying, “I have always agreed that Dewan would have an interest in the intellectual property of Magic Mike and related entities.
“I have never denied (Dewan) her share of any community assets or income. Her claims that I have ‘conspired with third parties’ are completely false.
“She has had full access to all our financial records for all activities during our marriage and since the divorce. I will continue to keep her informed of Magic Mike’s financial affairs.’
Although the couple officially divorced in November 2019, issues such as Magic Mike’s income, division of assets, spousal support and child support for their 10-year-old daughter Everly remain unresolved despite years of legal battles.
Meanwhile, Dewan is now engaged to actor and singer Steve Kazee and is expecting his second child next month, while Tatum is engaged to actress Zoe Kravitz, 35.
The success story of Magic Mike – based on Tatum’s own previous experiences as a stripper in Florida – began in 2012 with the first film. He and the film’s director, Steven Soderbergh, co-financed the project.
Their $7 million investment became a blockbuster, earning $167 million worldwide. This was followed by two more films, followed by traveling striptease shows that were also a big hit.
Dewan, who shares a daughter with Tatum, started dating Steve Kazee in 2018 and the couple got engaged in February 2020.

At a hearing last month, Dewan’s attorney, Spector, described the Magic Mike business as “a potential multi-billion dollar business.”
Tatum’s attorney Jacqueline Combs insists that the Magic Mike franchise made most of its money after he and Dewan had already parted ways.
And Tatum says that while he and several outside business partners had invested money, time and effort to make the Magic Mike brand a success, “Dewan has made no effort to improve Magic Mike’s intellectual property.
“Contrary to Dewan’s claims, I have acted only in the best interests of the community throughout our marriage and since the divorce.
“I made significant efforts post-divorce to enhance Magic Mike’s intellectual property and also licensed my name and likeness to the related company.
“I believe these post-divorce efforts gave rise to my separate ownership claims to those assets, but they also benefited the community.
“Without my post-divorce efforts, the Magic Mike entities would have failed.”
As for Dewan’s claim that he secretly hid money in a trust, Tatum added, “She’s wrong.”

“Together, Dewan and I built an irrevocable trust to invest in certain companies and made Everly the sole beneficiary. This happened with the knowledge and involvement of Dewan.’
Tatum also opposes paying spousal support to his ex-wife, saying, “I do not believe (Dewan’s) request for spousal support is appropriate.
‘We had a short-lived marriage of eight years and eight months and separated over six years ago.
‘Dewan moved in with her fiancé (Steve Kazee) shortly after our divorce, five and a half years ago…
‘Dewan works, can provide for herself and receives half of the community property, residuals and royalties and income from other investments.
“She will also have significant investment income from the cash assets she received in our divorce. She has received millions of dollars in cash assets….
“She will receive additional cash assets when the remainder of our estate is divided and the post-divorce accounting is completed.
“There are no orders for temporary spousal support, and there never have been.
“I believe she is now seeking spousal support from me to further delay our financial settlement.”
