August Keen, the boyfriend of Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans, reportedly called 911 last month after an alleged altercation with the MTV vet.
Ashley’s reality review received a 911 call from Keen — whose real name is Daniel Miranda — in Las Vegas on August 31, claiming that Jenelle, 32, had been “hitting” him all evening after she “got super drunk.”
In a subsequent statement on his Instagram Stories, Keen stated that he was not actually hit, among several other clarifications.
During the 911 call, Keen told the operator, “My girlfriend got really drunk tonight and she hit me all night. I want to be protected so I can be sure I pack my things.”
“I just want to get out of the house safely,” said Keen, who also works as Jenelle’s manager. His girlfriend could be heard in the background of the conversation.

The 911 operator urged Keen to walk away from Jenelle, but he said, “She keeps following me.”
Keen claimed the star drank ’12 drinks’ and that he had two to three drinks that night. From an official report obtained by TooFabKeen claims she had “eight to 12 drinks.”
When asked if he does drugs, Keen said no, but added that Jenelle “does do drugs.”
“She takes pills…she smokes a lot of weed and drinks a lot,” he claimed.
He was eventually able to leave the house, but Jenelle reportedly joined him outside.
“I ran to the street corner and she chased me,” he said.
Police eventually came to Jenelle’s home, but Keen declined to press charges against her, according to The Ashley. She was not arrested.
An official police incident report seen by The Ashley states that Keen showed no obvious signs of injury and declined to share details of the alleged fight with police.

The website also states that police were not allowed to make any contact with the MTV alum.
“Jenelle was sleeping upstairs and could not be reached by officers,” according to the incident report obtained by The Ashley.
According to the report, Keen packed his belongings in a suitcase and was picked up by a friend. He was then dropped off at his home for the night.
Keen was reportedly offered services by SafeNest, “a nonprofit organization that works with victims of domestic violence,” according to The Ashley. He refused their help.
Keen took to his Instagram Stories on Wednesday after the story broke, insisting he “didn’t get hit” and that Evans “doesn’t do drugs.”
“Looks like some old stuff was picked up recently,” he posted on his Stories.
‘No, I wasn’t hit. I have zero tolerance for violence and would not stay in DV situations. No, she doesn’t do drugs (everyone knows I don’t like weed unless it’s for medicinal purposes) and that’s what I meant.
‘We had a good time at a friend’s event, at the end of the night we got in an Uber and had a disagreement on the way to her house. I wanted to be escorted with some of my stuff. I don’t like alcohol because things can escalate in heated moments. I wanted us both to end the night safely. I thought a mediator at that point could help us put an end to it.
‘It was my intention never to get any of us into trouble, on the contrary, I have a lot of respect for her and love her very much. And FYI, there were no children around at any time. I think if the police had seen something suspicious they would have done it [their] function.’

He also explained the statements he made during the 911 call in a statement with In touchadding that the “pills” he mentioned during his call were actually Jenelle’s anxiety medication.
“As for the pills, Jenelle is prescribed anxiety medication and that’s what I was talking about. And I want to make it clear that there were no children in the area nor were we at her home at the time the altercation occurred,” he said.
Jenelle has never confirmed that she is dating August, but recently fans have speculated that they are together. She filed for divorce from husband David Eason earlier this year.
Jenelle, who shot to fame on MTV’s Teen Mom, has son Jace, 15, with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, son Kaiser, 10, with ex Nathan Griffith, and daughter Ensley Eason, seven, with David.
