Kate Brazier showed off her enviable abs on Instagram on Sunday, detailing the “hardest job” she’s done in the past five months to feel her best at 35.
PR executive Kate, who turned 35 earlier this month, is the wife of television personality Jeff Brazier, 45, and the stepmother of actor Bobby Brazier, 21.
She looked stunning in a lilac soft cotton bra and pink underwear of the same material as she posed for a selfie in the mirror.
Kate accessorized with a gold bracelet, black sunglasses, a pink wristband and a black Celine baseball cap.
She captioned her Sunday post with the following: ‘I went away in February and told my husband I was so unhappy with the way I looked when we were by the pool.

‘I’ve said it so many times, but I remember this time I finally said, I’m going to do something about it so I feel good when I turn 35.
‘Fast forward 5 months of hard work and 35 doesn’t look too bad. Proud of me.
‘And the biggest shout out to @jeffbrazier who makes me feel like a 10/10 in every way but also really pushed me to find this version of myself.’
In May, Kate and Jeff made a surprise appearance at the premiere of Marcello Mio at the Cannes Film Festival.
They both wore black, with Kate wearing an off-the-shoulder dress with a slit in the front and Jeff a smart tuxedo.
In July, Kate and Jeff decided to give their marriage another try, seven months after announcing their separation.
The couple were spotted with their wedding rings securely in place during a luxury cruise.
Jeff also featured Kate in a number of Instagram posts, including one in which they kissed.
Kate started exercising after not feeling her best on the beach and wanted to ensure she was her best self for 35 years.
The couple split after four years of marriage and nine years of togetherness, after attempting to repair their marriage.
When Jeff announced his and Kate’s split in December 2022, he said, “I have so much to be thankful for and I appreciate that I’ve learned the lessons I need to grow, but this year has been challenging to say the least.
‘My nine-year relationship ended earlier this year and I’m currently trying to process that, while also supporting someone close to me who is going through something difficult.
‘The boys and I recently moved to a new neighborhood and I spend most of my time alone, as the boys obviously have their own things to do.
‘It’s been a constant change this year and I’m adaptable but the combination of things has left me feeling down at times. I’ve honestly never felt so lonely. Can we push Christmas back a few months?!
‘I have a lot of good friends and I know I can take them away with just one phone call, but sometimes I find it hard to admit that I’m struggling.
‘I need to reconnect with the friendships that have sustained me, now that I’ve survived 14 years of focusing my attention elsewhere.
‘I know that there are many people who find it easier to support than to be supported. But let’s move towards a better balance between the two in 2023. We need and deserve that.’
